Didn’t get anything this time but will probably come back again! The girl who assisted me (forgot to get her name she had pink hair) she helped me a lot when trying out different types of pants! She was super patient and helped me out with the styles and sizes! She was so kind too when I didn’t find what I wanted today! First time here and it was a pleasant experience! 10/10

Had a mixed experience at Jay Jays in Melbourne Central. The staff was friendly and well-informed about their products, but I ended up overcharged for pants. The added discounts at the counter masked the issue initially, but double-check your receipt—the listed prices on the shelves didn't match the final total.

There is not enough positive things that I can say about Alyssa. I went to Jay Jays for shorts today and she was so incredibly helpful and just a lovely and kind person altogether. She greeted me at the door, took all my clothes off me to start a change room, kept checking in with me for sizes and if they was anything else she could get me. She had the most welcoming of smiles I’ve ever received from a retail store. Cannot speak highly enough of her, thank you Alyssa:)

Alyssa (I hope this is how you spell your name) was so so helpful to me and honestly just the cutest person. Did my first trade with her (don’t worry bestie, it’s on my keychain) and I’ve never felt more comfortable and humanised in my lifetime. I just want to give the employees that work here all little kisses on the forehead! They’re all such kindred spirits. I love u guys

Elena and Beck were the loveliest people. They helped us with such a positive attitude and exceeded our customer experience expectations.
They called other stores for us when we couldn't find the sizes we need, they helped us try to save as much money as we could with the stores discounts and grabbed clothes for us when we tried them on. Overwhelmingly positive. Thank you.

Clothes were okay but customer service was AMAZING. I was helped by Talia and they were wonderful and picked me out a bunch of clothes I really really liked. Talia was very kind to me and I left in a better mood than I come in with.

Awesome customer service. Thank you to the very busy staff today on the public holiday. To their credit the store was tidy and well recovered. And we were offered service to find the right size tshirt. Very impressive in these n times where customer service is hard to come by!

Popped in here today unexpectedly when I saw all of the hoodies and track pants which I need while it’s still cold. I received the best customer service from Thalia! So friendly and helpful that I just had to leave a review. Thanks again for being a champ

The manager was rude and condescending - just had a really spiteful attitude for no reason. I felt unsafe in that environment and I reported them to corporate - warning for others who don't want to be spoken to like they're dumb.

Great selection of clothing styles and availability of sizes. Friendly customer service from staff who were helpful with retrieving the needed size from those neat piles and nice conversation thereafter.

They had a decent range of sizes, but not only that, their customer service was absolutely fantastic. The staff were nice, chatty, and always super willing to help out. I loved the entire shopping experience

Very attentive staff willing to help you find what you want and in your size. The store is a little crowded and it is easy to make a mess in finding what you want, however it does allow for more stock.

Jay Jay's is a great store for wardrobe essentials. Great for jeans, denim jackets, plain t-shirts etc. Reasonably priced too and often have good sales.

I needed some help to find the right size of jeans for my husband yesterday, so when the manager asked 'do you need some help? ' I said 'yes' and told him what i was looking for. Instead he arrogantly pointed out that all the sizes are indicated on the side which I was well aware of and was doing for 5 minutes. However I was clearly struggling taking the jeans out due to how they were laid out. I guess he was more interested in folding clothes than helping out customers. I'm a regular shopper at Jay jays and I was just appalled by the treatment of a manager!

This Place. My god. You can find any piece of clothing with watermelons on it. Or flamingoes or pineapples or avocados. What more could you want?

The store itself has a great range but the reason for the glowing review was because I was assisted by an exceptional staff member, a guy named Kea (I hope that's how it's spelled). He was attentive and helped me pick out some great clothes, and we had a nice conversation at the check out. Best service I've had in a long time.

Very very kind staff, helped me when I needed it and they weren't overbearing and annoying like other staff at clothes stores are. They had a really big range of clothing that I haven't seen at other Jay jays stores and all together it was a good experience.
