My 11 year old daughter and her 11 yo and 10 yo friend went into the Westfield store on 28 March 2021 at about 2pm and the 10 yo mistakenly handed over two ten dollar notes when she should have handed over one. Instead of receiving $15 change, the store assistant handed her back $5 and pocketed the extra $10. That is a dishonesty offence. Why you would take money off a 10 yo is beyond me. The store should take this salesperson to task. The girls realised their mistake when they left the store but felt too intimidated to approach the two 20 something yo salepeople who were laughing and pointing at them from behind the counter. Very poor service. Do something Jay Jays.
