Jay Jays

A great place to shop for clothes. This is about the only shop where I have found a heap of sailor moon based items that I have not been able to have found at any other store I would buy from. Staff are friendly and helpful and definitely know the products they have.

Plenty to pick from, especially for the kids, but it’s all there for show apparently as it takes over 10 minutes standing at the counter with goods in hand before some one decides to stop chatting to their co worker and come and complete the sale.

Always good deals, but be careful and try every piece of cloth you buy. I tried 1 pants and bought 2 of the same size but the second one was undersize.

First time shopping from Jay Jays and just incredibly surprised with the great variety and cheap prices as the DFO store. Bought several items I rarely find back home in Europe

Staff was very arrogant and laughed behind the customers back. I just shopped there, the girl assistant was making comments against me with her co workers and laughing at me. Because I asked for her assistance to get something for me. I would never recommend this place for anyone. I had $90 worth of clothes in my hand, I chucked them away and walked off because I’m not a person who argues or complains with workers as I’m a working mother, I know what it’s like but these people were something else.

The staff us very rude and abusive.the female sales person just used swear words and was very rude and not cooperative at all. Jay jays need to check why their staff are so frustrated all the time in this store.

The behaviour of staff was too rude that just told me that i was creating mess though i have purchased products and also told me that i can fix that mess.how rude

Busy on the weekends. Lots of stock yo yo through. Thou hard to move around and get to where u wanna go

Very unprofessional and rude staffs. They are busy with their own chit chat and don't care about the customers. In case Jayjays management cares and wants to find out which couple of staffs I was referring to, I went there on 20/01/2018 Saturday afternoon.
