Walked in, barely a decent greeting from the workers. Went in to grab a shirt I saw online, and the girl just stared at me and I said I’d like to purchase the shirt, she said “give me a moment” because obviously putting stuff away is more important than serving a customer. They didn’t even say anything after I purchased so I left and they laughed when I left! Never returning there, horrid customer service

Lauren and other customer service guy were extremely unprofessional and did not know the product or offers. The products were marked with incorrect prices and both of them informed of incorrect offers, which took us another 30 mins to pick right products.

Also, we kept some clothes aside on the counter for final billing. The guy kept them aside but then put them back to rack. After requesting the products again, he brought wrong products.

It was a very horrible experience and both of them need good training.

I got the jeans I wanted in the size I wanted. The store assistant even held the store open a bit longer for me because my son was in hospital and I had to buy him spare clothes, because he went in to hospital with the clothes he was wearing only. Yay to that kind store assistant.

Never have I ever had such rude customer service, I walked in with a white crop-top from cotton on in my hand, when I walked out it was in my bag and they accused me of stealing since it wasn’t in my hand.

Kayde is really rude to paying customers, he needs to get told off so he learns human relation skills

My niece had such a good experience here with one of the staff members, unfortunately the lady with the glasses was extremely rude to my 5yo autistic son. When he tried to talk to her and tell her something she kept loudly saying bye until he went away. Otherwise great staff there

Jeans, Tops and warm T-shirts are pretty good but quite expensive so should always consider buying it during discounts.

My niece and daughter went to the Werribee store they tried a few items on, took them to the counter and asked the person behind the counter if they could put 2 of 3 items away because they didn't want them. The lady at the counter ended up putting the items through and when my daughter and niece said they didn't want all the items only 1 of the 3, the rude individual told my niece it was too late and can not be reversed and they must pay. Because my niece (11years old) and daughter (12 years old) didn't know any better they paid for the other 2 items they did not want. You guys should be ashamed for how you treat your young customers. Preying on young ones who don't know any better just to make a sale, the reason why I didn't come into store and fight this whole debarcle is because my niece had removed the tags from the items and lost the receipt before they came home. Rude and unacceptable.

Never have I ever had such amazing customer service. I went in there tonight to find a outfit for an event I have on Sunday night and Bell made it so easy! She was honest, helpful and full of ideas! I’m so happy with the outfit I got and I also got my second item for half price! What a bargain. I will definitely be shopping here more often.

Really needed some help choosing pants before going to America today and Belle was extremely helpful and was able to provide me with Fantastic customers service!

No star at all. Worst customer service ever, today morning I tried on 6 tee shirt and I bought 4 and I been told by male staff that I was so rude not to fold them and put back in shelf.what a joke.
