Thank you to the lovely lady (sorry I didn't catch your name) who helped not only myself but my 13 daughter find her own style and clothing at jay jays at fountain gate today around lunch time. You made the process of shopping with a newly turned 13 yr old absolutely flawless. Even my daughter commented to me how awesome your customer service was and made it easy for her to understand sizing. Definitely coming back again.

Absolutely brilliant service. I was served by a young lady called Alicia, and she couldn’t have been more helpful. She went way beyond my expectations trying to find sizes in t-shirts. It was busy and she didn’t rush me at all.

Very off beat in the store, everyone seemed so unhappy to be working there and had grumpy faces and attitudes

It used to be great to shop here however after today’s experience I won’t be returning. The entire time I spent looking in the store soon became my worst shopping experience ever. Every step I took the lady/ girl would approach me with something new to say about items I was not even interested in. Then when I thought I had found the perfect jumper she pushs in front of me fixing items that didn’t need fixing! I then moved on and located another jumper hanging on the wall which had a ladder placed right in front of it so I leaned in under the ladder to retrieve one when she walks on over again moving the ladder whilst I’m turning around causing me to almost trip. There was absolutely no reason for her to be up my arse the entire time and being in front of me or right behind me! I went in with an intention to buy a jumper for my daughter but came out with full blown anxiety instead. Whoever hired this idiot needs to be fired.

Walked in today at 455pm (easter Sunday) in a big rush, but the staff were very relaxed and accommodating and helpful. Excellent service.

Love it! Always buy my jeans from this store. Lasts years even for frequent use. Worth spending money here, especially for the jeans!

My go-to store if I ever need to redo my wardrobe. They have an extensive range of clothing, which are great quality. I buy both the male and female clothes because that's how much I love their clothes. Their customer service is also amazing! The staff are friendly and eager to help customers out. I'm yet to have a negative experience.:)
