Have used JAXs for years, have always found them to be very helpful, friendly and would highly recommend them.

Went in, bought and had 4 wheels & tyres within 40 minutes. Excellent service and professionalism. Highly recommended.

Just went back to Jax Tyres a few years later for Brakes and wheel bearings as a mechanic had told us he needed to fix them.
Jax Tyres checked and there was nothing wrong with wheel bearings.
Thankyou for your honesty and for saving us money and worry.
Brakes were fixed and it cost what was quoted.

We were on a road trip from MEL to ADL and heard some weird noises from the car. The team was so kind to offer us a checking even though they were already fully booked that day. Turns out the car was unsafe to drive across states and would have been very dangerous if we have continued our trip. Want to give a shout-out to Ben who explained the major issues of the car and gave us valuable advices about what to do next!

Excellent experience, I've booked tyre service online, car was ready to pick up in less than an hour, and all the communications and receipts were digital, which is easier for record keeping.

Awesome stuff by Mo and team. I had a flat tyre replacement and also needed a spare wheel for my car. The original wheel charged by the company was close to 1000 bucks. Called 40 or 50 wreckers and tyre shops and finally found the right wheel for my car at a very nominal price. Also purchased new yokohama tyre for my car which was also very affordable compared to other shops and stores. And that too all within 20 mins. Good stuff!

Very frustrated with the service I received today. I brought my car in at 9am to investigate a leak in one of the tyres. I had my baby with me and asked that it could be completed as soon as possible. While my partner is listed on the account, I confirmed my phone number to call once completed. After walking around the shops for two hours, I returned to wait in the reception. It was only when I checked at the front desk at 12pm I was told my car was ready. They'd called my partner's phone at 10am (he is at work and didn't check it), and not bothered to call me at all.

I received only a halfhearted apology and no acknowledgement that I'd literally been sitting there in the reception/waiting area, and no one had bothered to check in about what I was waiting for.

We used this Jax to replace tyres on both our vehicles in March. We will not be returning.

I had a flat tyre just before a trip to the country on May so I went back to Jax to replace my other tyres and they were able to match the new tyre at a great price. Much needed wheel alignment also done after a bumpy drive on roads damaged by recent floods.

What is going on with this place? Such a lack of organisation and lack of communication. Problems with the service and not completing items, problems with repairs, problems with tyres. Wasted so much time - do they actually realise people have small businesses where they need to work and not spend countless hours having to tell them what they haven’t done, what they didn’t fix and numerous times we had to go back. Never should have followed the reviews. No communication between staff at all. Something isn’t right.

Very poor customer service. All they care about is money. Very heartless and manipulative. Wouldn’t recommend anyone taking his car to them.

I recently bought a pair of performance tyres for my car paying over$800.
After 2 weeks 1 tyre failed collapsing the inside wall.
I returned to Jax in which Georgia said she would put a warranty claim in for a new tyre as it seemed to be a manufacturing fault.
Also saying that someone would be in contact with me in a few days. After a week I got in touch with Jax in which I was told nobody knew of this warranty claim and the faulty tyre had been thrown away.
I did speak to Ben who said he would look into this and get back to me.once again no contact.
I then tried again and Ben said he would replace it but couldn’t get the same tyre so would put a same brand but different tread pattern
I was not happy with this so Ben said he would find a matching tyre.
Still no contact so I chased this up again.
After 1 month and me doing all the chasing I eventually got a new tyre but they jipped me of my good spare.
I will never return to Jax
Very appalling service

Excellent service. Came by with no appointment, having tyre issues on the way to a holiday. They checked all our tyres in half an hour and charged a minimal cost.

Probably the 5th or 6th time I've been here. The team have always been very helpful and friendly. Nothing is a bother for them and they go out of their way to help out. The team there are an absolute assett to your business Jax! Hope you appreciate them.

I ordered a specific tyre and booked in advance to allow time for the order to arrive. The guy said he'd ring to confirm before the fitting date and then didn't. So I called them the day before my car was booked in and they didn't even order the tyre. Terrible service! And not happy I wasted my time here.

Absolute rip off, they check your car for $88 and then they pick and choose if they want to work on your car and they definitely make alot of money by charging that fee and definitely the workmanship is very poor open your eyes people.

Great service - had a near dead battery - called into JAX Geelong and they fitted a new battery within 30 minutes. Great price as well.

Excellent Service I actually got a quote for a service from two places and Jax was way lower than the Dealer I had been using in the past, Jax have a really Great Team, Excellent Customer Service, I was very impressed, I am very very pleased with Jax.

Rang the Geelong Jax store for a GVM upgrade, I was told the person I need to speak to was busy. They took my number and said they would call back - weeks later & still waiting for that call back. Disappointing.

Ben, thanks for the reply. My enquiry was made in March after a strong recommendation for your company - after waiting, I ended up getting the job done elsewhere by a company who did call back and spent the time to understand the issue and needs. Cheers & thanks for the reply.
