Disgusting customer service! My husband and I are travelling around Australia in our campervan. Unfortunately we needed two new front tyres and a wheel alignment. I booked the van in and dropped it off at Jax. I had been given the quote for tyres and alignment. We returned to pay and pick up the van. I was given the bill which was for the amt quoted. I asked if the wheel alignment had been done and was told no because they don’t have the equipment needed to lift the van. At no time when I booked in was I told this information. They did not contact me to tell me this prior to starting the tyre changes. When I questioned the bill for the full amt and no alignment asking how much this would cost me to have the alignment done at another business, he told me $89.00. I questioned why I had to pay this when my understanding was the price quoted was for both. At this point the ‘manager’ Daniel raised his voice and yelled I don’t f………. Get enough money for this. I was shocked he accused me of being abusive whilst I did not raise my voice or swear. This man threatened me with calling the police which I agreed as I was quite calm, however he was out of control and very threatening. He was yelling at me to get out. He actually said that he could have told me that he did the wheel alignment and I wouldn’t know. He also in his tirade asked why I was doing all the talking and why couldn’t my husband (he was standing beside me and did tell him he was being abusive) This was way out of line as my husband has a chronic illness and is unable to help in these circumstances. I went to the police and told them how abusive and threatening he was, this was to have it on record as he went from 0 to 100 in seconds and was so threatening. Take your business elsewhere we shouldn’t have to put up with abuse!

Bendigo Jax very poor service damaged a rim, fitted different tyres than quoted without consulting me, lied about ringing me to tell me they were done, I checked if I could use afterpay and tried to pay upfront I was told yes I could use afterpay and not to pay upfront I tried to use afterpay pay in store card to pay my bill was told afterpay wasn't working properly I was asked if I could just pay cash I was treated quite rude made feel like I was being inconvenient i will never use this service again and i encourage others not to either

Great service, staff were very helpful and friendly especially after I ordered wrong size tyres. They quickly got it sorted and fitted the right size tyres.

Quality work and great prices

Established, repeat customer of Jax Bendigo. Initially refused to honour $50 Jax / Michelin Certificate. Used deceptive and misleading tactics to avoid redeeming the offer. Abysmal customer service, rude and amateurish. Avoid this franchise as the personnel are not, in any way, competent at dealing with retail customers. Better options exist in this competitive landscape.

My car had break down, l had the car on a hired trailer (l was stressed) so l gave Jax a call, the nice man from Jax said we can fix your car in a few days for you (awesome).
My next worry was, l can't leave my car on a hired car trailer for a few more days, so I mentioned to the nice man at Jax my dilemma, and he said straight up you are welcome to leave the car here until we can fix the problem. The nice man at Jax had just taken all my worries away. A big thanks to all the staff at JAX

Fast car turnover.

Tyres were pre brought they were not interested in any type of conversation increasing the size from 245s to 265s.

Fast service but wouldn't go back.

Been getting cars worked on here for years, recently they made a mistake on my GT86, Andrew sorted it out, no aggro, no run-around, just apologised and fixed the issue.

Excellent display of customer service means it's still the only place I trust to send my mum to get her car service and tyres.
