Jasper Coffee.

Dear Cafe owner - Although food was very nice this morning, please look up at the light fittings hanging over booths - they are full of dust - disgusting and very off-putting. Please clean your cafe!

Got my order wrong on my take away coffee and was okay to make one more.however without a docket the barista forgot.waited 30 mins all up.clearly they need a bigger machine for the rush! Coffee was okay the last time but never again!

I paid 13 dollars for one small, one medium coffee… on Sunday surcharge.hmmm I said They might have good coffee, could be reasonable, but it was the most expensive and the worst coffee I had.

No customer service. Staff are just damn rude. Coffee is too overpriced and you don't save with a keep cup. The focaccia I ordered was barely toasted. Appalling. No care taken in their food. 1st and last visit.

Update August 2023: have reduced from five stars to 2 due to extortionate pricing. Almost $8 for a small coffee, no thanks! They're happy to add for soy milk etc but don't deduct if you have a keep cup. Greedy, I won't be back no matter how good the coffee is.

Excellent service, despite them being shortstaffed, really yummy food and great coffee. My favourite eatery at highpoint. They're customers are really loud, but that's hardly Jasper's fault!

Can i give no stars. What the hell has happened to this place. It clearly has changed hands. The Food presented is missing items from the menu. Coffee cups are dirty. The tables are not cleared or wiped they have more staff working than ever before. Have you thought about using the beans your selling. Peanut management.

Had a pretty bad coffee today. An oat milk latte that was 1/3 airy bubbly froth, with $1 extra for oat milk and a weekend surcharge on top of that. Coffee tasted stale and bleh. So $6 for bad coffee, which is bad anywhere but especially in Melbourne. Not griping about the price but a bad product at that price. Could have QA before serving, as if you are a serious coffee drinker, you would know at one look that it looked bad and if you were a serious coffee business, would not have served it. Service staff were not rude but just comes across as disinterested. Shame cos I've had good coffee there before.

Wanting to stop off and have a hot coffee and dessert. Placed an order and waited 20 minutes to get what I ordered. Not good at all. Spoke to the girl at the cashier and was told your order is coming, still waiting. So if you want a place for coffee or anything I suggest you don't stop here

Staff was terrible and insulting, questioning my coffee preference saying that my coffee preference is like me wanting an overcooked piece of steak. Further, the cashier over charged us when ordering, and gave us the wrong order. Absolutely disgusting and won't be coming back.

This cafe was a nice place for a coffee and cakes until now.

Recently service level at this cafe has dropped significantly. All staff need to be retrained.

Not sure if there’s been a change in management, but the quality of service is so poor. Expect to pay well and be served up smaller sizes. Just ridiculous Jasper management, you need to re-train all your staff to be accurate with customers and polite without passive aggressiveness.

Coffee was burnt to a crisp, ham on the ham and cheese croissant tasted funny for my friend and I. Rating 2 stars as the iced Vietnamese coffee was fine.

Go for coffee nearly every day and always get a great coffee. Sometimes you have to wait a little as it gets very busy.

Surprisingly it's a hit and miss with the coffee here. On more than a few occasions I have purchased burnt coffee

My go-to place for coffee at Highpoint. There is a recent price increase so small coffee is now $4.20.a tad steep in my opinion.

Poor service they brought our cake out long after we drank our coffees.no apology no explanation.

I like it! The ambiance is good! And comfy! The only thing is the inside is a bit crampy. BUT THE COFFEE AND THE FOOD ARE SPOT ON:) well thats for me. Staff are nice aswell

We just had coffee, very nice. What I liked was that you can sit inside away from passing crowds.

Good coffee.felt could have been a better experience every time I had there. Always crowded. Feel a bit lost
