Whilst the food is fantastic please stop taking orders if you are so busy you can’t fulfill them. Ordered at 515 and expected time of pick up is 750pm. You need to implement an online system that gives estimated wait times.

Terribly average and over priced. Was reminiscent of cheap Chinese for three times the cost. The order was a delivery, so that may be a contributor to the low quality.

I preordered to have a meal delivered at 6.15pm for Mother’s Day. This was done to share a meal over FaceTime during the isolation period. I have rung many times to seek clarity on its arrival. It’s permanently busy. I’ve been waiting for over two and a half hours and the food still has not been delivered to my mother. Such poor customer service. No communication and no access to information. Will it arrive? I’ve paid over $50. Will this be refunded? This will be reported.

We get takeaway delivered regularly from Jasmine, best Thai in Ballarat. Also, the best service as proven last night when we made our normal order online. We always customise this dish and i forgot to add it in the comments. They picked up the difference and rang me to check the order - thats great service.

It is extremely great food and awesome prices but maybe not the best time wise for certain things

While my wife's meal was fullfof flavour I unfortunately selected from the specials menu. Pork Ribs better discribed as battered bones for dogs $22.90!

We went to this restaurant for dinner during our holidays. The food was perfect and staff is very professional. Quality and taste of the food very good. Cozy and very busy restaurant. Very good customer service.

The food was really excellent, we struggled to finish so a good size serving on the banquet for 2, also the price was unbelievably low for the quality I felt. My wife and I will definitely go back there again.

Great menu. Very friendly owners. Cosy and convenient to where we were staying and the prices were right! Also BYOG so remember to do that. Overall it was excellent. Highly recommended.

Friendly service and very tasty dishes - our favourite was #25 - yung - delicious BBQ chicken with thai herbs. Even a hit with the kids! If you are visiting Ballarat be sure to check out this family restaurant.

What a delicious meal we had! The lady who served us was so sweet and helpful. A comfortable and warm restaurant, the perfect retreat from the cold weather in Ballarat.

Fast tasty food that was well priced. Kids enjoyed the spring rolls and fried rice with chicken. Good size portions for take away. Ordered via online link and found it easy to use and pick up quickly.

The dishes we had were quite good but to be honest I feel sorry for the locals who have to pay this much for decent Thai food. Every main dish here is overpriced. $21 for Pad Thai noodles is extreme.

Red curry is fantastic. Full of flavour and generous servings. Fried rice and oyster sauce stir fry also worth a mention.

The food was delicious and very reasonably priced, the staff were lovely and friendly and they made Mums birthday so special. Can't say enough good things. Thankyou!
