15Since I moved into jasmine lodge in march this year I would have to say the residence are so friendly and the staff are brilliant how they take the time to look after your needs. I would have to say the meals are great to. What can l say about the manager Gabriel he would have to be one of the greatest people l have ever met in my life so thankyou for letting me and my dog Kobe live here.
I am a current resident at Jasmine Lodge. I cannot speak more highly of the Manager and all the staff. They are all friendly, helpful and able to suit you individual needs. With spacious rooms with your own bathroom and lovely gardens, you will feel at home like I do.

An astoundingly fantastic place, One of only two that allow their residents to have pets, which was vital for the health and well-being of my heavily disabled sister who has been in their care since last December. Gabriel and the staff go above and beyond, and I am forever grateful to them. The nicest people I have ever ever come across in residential care service. Thank you so much for loving my sister as much as I do.

Nice environment with caring manager and staff. One of the best places to stay for elderly people and people of all ages. Food is great and all the staff are very considerate with everyone’s needs.
Such a caring wonderful place. The staff and care delivered is exceptional. The staff go out of their way to improve and innovate ways to make each resident and their families have the highest quality of care.
Over the last 34 years of supplying services to various establishments it was refreshing to find a caring facility such as Jasmine lodge who did everything they possibly could to ensure their establishment was back to normal in no time by using our services to maintain their premises after accidental broken glass required urgent attention.

Not new but tidy and homely facility. Lovely gardens in and around the facility. Close to public transport, emergency services, hospitals and shops. Very caring staff and management. Highly recommended if you need supported accommodation.

I have been referred by Eastern Health to stay at Jasmine Lodge due to my amputation. It started as a respite care and accommodation but now it has become my home for well over 3 years. The facility has no steps which made it perfect for me to move around the facility using crutches and wheelchairs (at different times of my injury).
The facility is in Ringwood East, close to Ringwood East train station, Eastland shopping Centre, Ringwood Private and Maroondah Hospitals. Whilst it is not considered as a high-care facility, they have a full time Registered Nurse on site, who also previously worked at the Burns Unit at the Alfred Hospital, and offer wound management, blood pressure and weight monitoring, regular GP visits, podiatrist, physiotherapy services.
Jasmine Lodge is a superb aged care home to about 40 residents. Many residents are over the age of 70,80 and 90. (Sadly 2 of the residents who were over 100 years old passed away recently.)
I have been a vegetarian all my life and they are able to cater for my diet as well as those who have different food preferences or those who are allergic to gluten, nuts and mustard. The residents enjoy their delicious meals which are home cooked and served in large, well-lit and homely dining room.
Like many others at Jasmine Lodge, I experience outstanding customer service, understanding and compassion. This has continued to be consistently display from day one. The carers provide genuine caring attention and often work tirelessly to go above and beyond the call of duty to make me and others feel like we have a new home.
I cannot fault them. I am very lucky to have found them.
