Jasmine has made both of our wedding rings and also my engagement ring over the past year and a half, and the process was extremely positive. I had a very specific idea as to what I wanted, and Jasmine was very approachable, super easy to deal with, explained what our options were, and fully worked within our budget (or even slightly under!) for every ring. We ended up with perfect custom rings that were exactly what we wanted with no need to compromise, from a locally owned jeweller who actually makes the jewellery you purchase. What more could you want? I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jasmine to anyone who is after engagement/wedding rings, or other jewellery. Thank you Jasmine!

Believe all the other positive reviews! My partner and I wanted to design our engagement ring together, and we went to just about every jeweller and jewellery shop in Melbourne. We had a feeling about Jasmine so we held off from making any decisions before we'd met with her, and we're so unbelievably glad we did.
Jasmine made the process so special, she is warm and welcoming and really listened. She spent so much time chatting with us to uncover exactly what we wanted and was so much more thorough than anyone else we spoke to. I would also say that Jasmine is the best in terms of value for money - her work is absolutely top notch quality, she's absolutely committed to making pieces that will last a lifetime, and she's totally transparent about price so you know exactly what you're getting. She worked completely within our budget and we've ended up with what is truly the most beautiful ring I've ever seen in my life - I can't believe it's ours and I get to wear it every day!

I have had the most lovely and customer-centric experiences with both Jane and Jasmine these passed couple of months. I initially came in to see their wonderful range for an engagement ring and whilst they had beautiful rings on offer, I was after something a little different. After going to multiple stores across Melbourne I knew I wanted a sapphire ring and after seeing the amazing Instagram posts, I'd pinned Jasmine Fraser as the place I wanted it made. The care they put into their work is just outstanding and each interaction was so positive, you can tell they really love what they do.

They were so patient with me and when I finally came across a design that I loved, I immediately sent the team a photo and they were able to get a sketch and quote ready for me in a really quick turnaround. The process to find the stones and the colour I wanted was really collaborative and they stuck with our desired budget.

Fast forward 6 weeks and I was able to pick up my ring which exceeded my expectations. The craftsmanship was so delicate and the clasps and sizing was exactly as I'd pictured. Not only was I euphoric that it looked so amazing on, I was also advised the ring came in a little cheaper than initially budgeted so double whammy!

We approached Jasmine to make a combined engagement / wedding ring. I had a good idea of the design I wanted, which was non-traditional. Jasmine was extremely helpful in talking through each aspect of the design and in the end, with the changes she suggested, I have a beautiful, unique ring that is better than I could have imagined – she really knows her stuff and knows what works and what doesn’t. She also made matching ear rings which are simple and elegant. I would definitely go to Jasmine again for any future jewellery needs.
