After I paid over the phone for my first cleaning, they stole my card numbers and used it the day after for 2 transactions of 250 and 330 dollars by buying tape and work wear. Coincidence? Ahhh. I doubt it.

Read reviews for Whizz Technology they are same. Can’t speak for their cleaning but dishonest in setting up a regular clean. Cancelled and requested a refund, will review again and advise if the refund is received.

Good communication. The cleaner arrived on time, did a great job needed minimal guidance. Portal online is easy to use. Highly recommended!

Didn’t turn up for the first appointment after cancelling with 30 mins notice, then they cancelled my booking completely for the following week without any notice. My customer service experience was terrible, and they didn’t even start!

We recently availed cleaning services from Jarvis and are quite pleased with the way they go about their service. The cleaner did her work quite well and was polite. She understood our requirements and displayed excellent attitude which is so important.
Jarvis as a company are open to feedback which is so necessary in today's age and ensure they work on it too if we have any concerns. They are quite accommodating and do whatever best they can for their clients. We have our ongoing cleaning service with them and wish to carry on if they continue to offer quality service.

My butler is Carolina. She is from Columbia. She is an amazing cleaner. I wish i could upload photos of her when shes in full cleaning swing at my place. Everytime she's been the house feels clean, bright, fresh and welcoming.

I booked a clean a way before so that we can get our house clean for a festival. It was all good they were sending me the reminder texts untill the day and on the day it was booked for 3 PM and at 10 am I got a text it has to be cancelled because there cleaner has not accepted the booking. And it happened several times, if they could have let me know even 1 or 2 days before I would arranged another service for our festival cleaning. Very un-professional and un-responsive.

Tamara has visited five times now and continues to do a good job efficiently. She is always on time and completes the work I ask her to do. I’m very pleased with her.

I joined Jarvis Cleaning service in June 2021. Since then I have been so happy. Customer service been exceptional and the cleaners they send to my home are the same every visit.
I love the woman who visits my home.
Which means my cleaner learned what I like, knows my home, where things go, and knows my cat isn’t allowed outside- (this was a big issue for me- my cat escaping).

The app is great- I just add a note on the app telling my cleaner that I’d like the big glass sliding doors done- and they get done.

There is something very pleasant about coming home from a busy day at work to a beautiful clean home.

Tried Jarvis Home Service for the first time and was very pleased with my Butler Jody.

I must first qualify this to say I have used Jarvis in the past and had found their cleaning services to be ok, compared to other agencies I have used. This time however, their service was severely disappointing in that I had expressly specified I needed a vaccinated cleaner to attend my premises (as I have contact with people who can get very sick very easily) and both times, they had sent me someone who was either not vaccinated or not fully vaccinated. The first time, the booking team had apparently not listed this very specific requirement of mine in the booking sheet (according to the cleaner who turned up - and she said she had applied for the job on the basis that it did not require the cleaner to be vaccinated). The second time, I had rung 2 hours before the cleaner's arrival time to double-check on the vaccination status (so that I can determine whether it was again worthwhile to move everything off the floor ahead of time) - only to be told that (a) they will ring me back in 10-15 minutes (which they didn't), and (b) after I have followed up again, that the cleaner is again not fully vaccinated. I cannot express my disappointment enough as I have wasted all the time I spent waiting for the second appointment which ended up not materialising as a result of the cleaner not meeting a threshold requirement that I had specified from the very beginning. Safe to say, I will not be recommending Jarvis as they could not get this one (I expect, common) issue right twice in a row.

I've now used 2 cleaners from Jarvis. The first one was good on her first visit, but quickly started cutting corners and by the 3rd visit had done almost nothing. The second continually showed up late and changed her days - sometimes after confirming that she would be there. Average cleaners who are unreliable and struggle to follow instructions. Avoid.
