I started seeing Dr Benji at the beginning of May, 2019 at the recommendation of a good friend and previous patient of Dr Benji. Im a fairly cynical and skeptical person so approached this initially with a sense of tepidation.

Ive had ongoing long term sinus issues and this has impacted my emotional heath and wellbeing for most of my life. 12 months ago I had a scan done and my sinuses were 95% blocked. Most recently, Id become lathargic, had symptoms of sleep apnea, falling asleep behind the wheel and was constantly prone to falling ill due to my immune system constantly under stress. Secondarily, I was suffering disruptive bouts of anxiety.

Upon seeing Dr Benji and him giving me a herbal tea to drink twice daily, I can only say that my sinuses have cleared up and my breathing has improved ten fold. I have more energy, am no longer feeling as lathargic and emotionally Im in a much better place.

Working on my sinuses has had a positive hollistic impact on my health. Ive lost at least 9 kilos, dont have an appetite for for comfort food as often and I feel in some ways Ive received a new lease on life.

Even in the dead of winter right now where previously Id have been a shell of a person I am today. My sinuses feel clearer, Im sleeping well, my blood cirulation has improved and my immune system appears to be functioning normally again.

Yes, its a small office, yes, Benji loves a chat, but bare in mind that he's not a part of a larger institution looking to treat with the same old antibiotics and subpar medical interventions.

I have been seeing Dr Benji for about a year now and he has really assisted me with my aches and pains through accupuncture and Chinese herbs. He has given me some great advice and I love having a sleep while the accupuncture is in progress! Highly recommend.

My impression is that I was talking to an Amateur who pretends to be professional. Hours go faster when you talk a lot and that’s what he does best.
Arrogant, rude and zero customer service. He prays on little voucher-rules like customer being 5-10min late (the student studio is incredibly confusing to find and there is no signs) and all those other typical little mistakes that customers might do and then cashes the money and hides behind the small print. The whole thing looks like an attempt on business. He doesn’t enjoy his work and if he has to go bit extra he can’t handle it. It appears he just completed some online certificate and went online selling us “the expertise”. Pay attention on how many customers are unhappy with his charade and tricks and it is mostly the same repetitive reports. Those fantastic, amazing orgasmic reviews always follow.each time when a genuine review shows up. I guess that’s how he is balancing the score. Best is how he attempts to make you appear like some lost customer addressing the wrong business. Laughable. I never went into confrontation with him as one visit was enough to get the picture, however others should know.

Worst encounter in Melbourne so far. Totally agree with Dr G review. Decided to cancel appointment than to be treated like a doormat. True rating is zero star.

What a fabulous treatment and really unique individual Dr Benji is. I discovered Benji through a recommendation from a friend and have been loving his acupuncture treatments for the past few months to help me with a back injury. The herbs he provides along with the treatments have seen a huge difference in my injury. Dr Benji really looked after me and provided a huge support when I first saw him.

I have been a patient of Dr Benji for over 5 years now. I initially sort out his services when I was ready to come off anti-depressants but was scared so do so after being on them for so long.
Dr Benji is incredibly professional but relatable at the same time. He offered me not only medical support but also emotional support whilst I weaned of my anti-depressants.
He is incredibly easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable.
Dr Benji’s treatment of acupuncture and Chinese herbs combined with his intuitive and caring nature saw me off my medication within 3 months.
Since then Benji has always been apart of my health care team keeping me happy and healthy!

Had a great experience. Dr Benji made me feel very comfortable, for someone who hates needles it was very enjoyable. I'm feeling really good about myself and booked in to see him next week!
