Amazing service. The price is on the higher end, but the price justifies the quality of work that the artists produce. I showed the artists a reference pic for my desired set and they executed the design beautifully. The attention to detail was on point, definitely returning for my next set.

So expensive! Not worth it! Make sure you ask before doing your nails. Before starting my nails they did not provide me with prices, from a customers point of view it’s unfair that prices weren’t given upfront. You would think that these nails came with a flight to Japan. They were originally going to charge $350 then decided to charge $295 for only a basic length and design. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BEWARE!

A friend and I attended this establishment to get a acrylic refill with french tips.due to the signs outside we assumed the prices would be at LEAST reasonable. The session took nearly 3 hrs and 2 women were working on my friends hands. Once she went to pay the total was no less than $235! This is OUTRAGOUS for what she got, it was a simple refill french tip job usually costing $65 maximum.ashamed of these women who mislead their customers, not once was she told or indicated the price before hand. Also with no advertisement of price beside the reasonable priced ads in the window. 0 STARS

Its been a bit, but i highly recommend you check reviews everywhere for nail salons, They charged me $270 for my nails, and not even the length or design i asked for:/ They said they couldnt add roses for the budget? Ans the cloud in my nails were stickers not even painted, really a disappointment, im pretty sure the positive reviews are their relatives/friends I saw in the salon

This place is located in an adorable pocket of Melbourne in an arcade between Bourke and little Bourke. Good food, cute plush stores and most importantly an amazing nail place that is this place.

From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left I had such an amazing time with two lovely ladies who would work on both hands at the same time but the same nail on each hand which I found fascinating. I went in asking for junji ito inspired nails with some tomie, smoke, and spirals all with reference pictures and these ladies did not disappoint!

I didn’t know nail art this good existed in Melbourne. They had so much pride in their work, the removal of my last set was painless if anything felt nice.

Usually I find myself compromising when i go get my nails done whether I’m compromising on design or colours other places don’t have I still never get what I want. Here they had every colour you can imagine, every charm every sticker everything ready to go.

The absolute sweetest and most skilled nail techs I’ve ever met and they are worth every cent. I know people get upset by the price but if you think of staff, rent, materials and set up cost and the service you’re getting it’s worth it.

I find in the cosmetic industry especially, you get what you pay for. And this place provides high end nails and experiences for all. I would recommend everyone who likes getting their nails done to spoil themselves with this experience at least once in their life. I’m so happy with my nails in a way I never have been. Thank you!

Hygiene standards are questionable for how much you pay for… not so sure if my experience is same for other people, or maybe it was just the time when I visited. But when I visited, they didn’t use the dust collector, paper towel on the table was reused (could see lots of dust from the previous clients’ nail), they don’t clean or sanitise the equipment as often… so you can see the powdery dusts are keep falling from brushes and files.

I liked the out come of the nails and the ladies were not rude at all, they were a bit clumsy yet super sweet. But for the price you pay for… not so sure about this. FYI - I paid $265 for just for hand gel manicure + design… NO EXTENSION, NO REMOVAL

Also, I am Japanese myself and was a bit disappointed that they have no Japanese lady working in the shop. Me personally, I like visiting Japanese nail salon, so I can talk to them in my mother tongue, ask for some Japanese beauty trend etc, and so I don’t have to spend time just awkwardly sitting on the chair for hours and hours. I assumed that the shop may be manned by Japanese because of their shop’s name, but this was not the case.

Absolutely amazing service! They can help me achieve the design I want perfectly. The nail design of their shop is really unmatched by other shops.

Usually I get nails done by other shops, my nature nails will hurt, but I try Japanese gel to experience 8 weeks of durability, and my extension is intact, the effect really shocked me. I have to admit that different prices have different quality, I strongly recommend

This was my first time getting japanese gel, i asked for simple pink short nails with clouds over it.the result came out really cute but it was super expensive ($286). To be honest, i didn’t expect it to be this expensive but maybe that’s my fault for not asking first.the service was okay, the staff gave me a charger to charge my phone thankfully.i would only recommend if you’re willing to pay the price, otherwise i wouldn’t come back cos its way too overpriced.

Love the place, the girls are so friendly and my nails are looking beautiful! I'll definitely come back?

I have mixed emotions about this business. Loved the work but I didn’t love to be paying a different price to what was agreed.

I called for a booking and asked to have Shellac.the person recommended Japanese gel because it is stronger than shellac, when I asked how much it was mentioned $160 the person asked me if I needed removal, said yes, and then again $160, to what I agreed (expensive but hey! I already said yes).

I asked for designs and she quoted $220 I was on no too much, then she offered stickers at $5 each, ok no biggie on that one.

Almost 2 hrs later, when paying I thought I going to be charged $180 SURPRISE! No, i paid $205. A ridiculous amount of money for just removing, tips and one color gel. Judge for yourselves. I did only one color to keep it at $160.

I felt robbed at gunpoint, and to top it all off they come with the “sorry about that” shrug of shoulders and smirk to the other colleague. I am sorry that is not the way you treat customers. I was ok with the first time I came, I don’t know what happened this time. That small detail that you think is silly, made a big difference.

Seriously judge yourself before coming to this place.

Update: not even a week and this happens, after being promised that Japanese gel was stronger and longer-lasting than acrylic. I hardly ever review 1 star but I am so upset and disappointed that it had to happen. And please, don’t come to tell me that I am giving lies to but your business or offering me just $25 dollar refund (seriously, after this, it should have been the whole money back). Such misleading information. Beware of this place!

I shockingly got charged $380 for mani and pedi with design/artwork for 3 hours. I love the outcome but, because of the price, will only come back for special occasions and not on a regular basis.

Absolutely terrible! I came out with two different coloured sets. It’s displayed that their SNS is ‘$45’, I had to get two extensions on my nails. Those two extensions were $12 each! They charged an extra $25 just to take my old nails off. I walked out of there with a $94 botched job and sat there for 1.5 hours with two women working on each hand! Not to mention they did not shape my nails at all! I had to ask repeatedly that they needed to shape them! I am absolutely appalled at the price they charge for extensions for two nails! This was not even communicated, I have NEVER spent that amount of money for SNS! I am absolutely livid!

Today I went to the store for Japanese gel manicure and design. The nails did took about to 2 hours from start to finish, in the end the result is what I expected. Price wise Japanese gel is a lot higher than acrylic and dip nail, so prepare to pay. The price of Japan nails is competitive to other Japanese gel shop in Melbourne.

Really overpriced. When we asked for the prices they were very unclear and mumbled confusing answers that did not match what we were charged. Getting charged $180 for japanese gel with nail art is something you need to tell people up front.

Ridiculously overpriced. With how long it took these ladies to do a single colour acrylic set you'd think they were trainees and therefore should be charging trainee prices. I was charged $175 and was in the chair for close to 3 hours, and this was with 2 women working on either hand. Can't even imagine how slow it would have been with only 1 woman. To top it off, 2 of my nails broke in under a week of having them applied. I have an office job, there is no reason these nails should've snapped off as quickly as they did. I have gone to various salons since to get acrylics done and in addition to being vastly cheaper and faster, my nails haven't snapped. ‍️ Definitely do not recommend.

Came with friends, got our nails and eye lashes done right before Christmas. The girls there are super nice and knowing exactly what they are doing. They helped us choose the color and decoration. Really appreciate your time and efforts. Good jobs.

An absolute rip off in my opinion, it also took them an extremely long time to do my nails. I'm very upset with this salon.

Your response demonstrates an appalling lack of professionalism regarding the the way you handled the complaint. My feedback to you is that you need to be specific about the time and most importantly you need to be TRANSPARENT AND UPFRONT about your pricing. My sister had asked you several times for a quote. At first you told her it was $206. My sister advised you it was too expensive she could not afford it. Instead you told her not to worry you will make it cheap for her. In the end you charged her $125 for one colour acrylic. Which is 2.5 times more expensive than any other nail salon.
I noted that your store has received lots of negative reviews relating to your pricing issues and lack of transparency I suggest you take this feedback on board and apologise rather than firing back at your customers.

My sister will never return to your store. I will not recommend your nail service to our circle of friends and families. Thank you
