Took six months for a basic settlement, They lost documents that I hand delivered. Very poor communication, we were not kept informed throughout the process at all. I called to follow up multiple times with promises of call backs that never happened. To make matters worse after hearing nothing for weeks I rang for an update and the "owner" was extremely rude and condescending.
The whole experience has been terrible. I recommend looking elsewhere.
