Jamieson Way Community Centre reviews
11Reception staff were super informative about playgroups the playgroup on Fridays is awesome, lovely hosts and so much for the kiddies to do! My two (one and four year old) loved it. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!
Fantastic place for many community needs. The food program on Tuesdays provides weekly food donations for families in need.
Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.
Wide variety of community programs.
We have requested Priest for baby naming ceremony and it was accepted and program went very good.thanks to the priest.
As a first time visitor and newly moved to point Cook, I found this community center great! Specially for young families who have kids. There are heaps of programs you can pick to enroll your child into. And that too at a very subsiding cost. Plus the community center is divided into two parts, one side is community and the other side is owned and run by Wyandam council. There is a kindergarten for 3-5 years old too but you will have to go through the council to get it approved for your child. My encounter was with Emily at the reception of community center and she was lovely. Very helpful, informative and considerate. It was wonderful meeting her and collect such useful information. ️
Sparkling potential tutoring services
Is one of the best I've come across
I highly recommend Racheal she is one of the best tutors
Not really much information about what they have to offer maybe a few free classes of yoga and tai chi.
Clean and tidy inside. Entry is a bit hidden if you are attending for the first time but plent of bays right outside.
Its a bit far from the heart of Pt Cooke. Thr playground needs upgrading. The vast empty land between the back of yhe centre and the water creek should be planted with many more ttees. There is no shared user path for off road cycling for kids and vulnerable adult cyclists along Jamieson Way.
