Cannot speak highly enough about the team at James Vivian. I've seen nearly every practitioner at the clinic and can't fault them. Everyone is so friendly and easy to get along with. James and his team run the best skin care clinic in Melbourne; and quite possibly Australia. With each visit, they carefully craft a treatment /program to suit your needs and a strong consultation process is at the core of what they do. Each treatment is tailored to what you want to achieve and how you are feeling; after every treatment they check in with you once or twice to ensure there aren't any concerns and also to assist with any post treatment advice. The space is beautiful and inviting, and the staff incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, so you also feel you are being treated by the brightest in this field.

After childbirth and experiencing some adverse reactions to my skin I turned to James Vivian after failing with other clinics. Couldn't recommend them enough.

When I first came to JV, I had been battling with chronic rosacea for 15 months. I had spent thousands of dollars and no one could help my skin. My very good friend recommended I give JV for one last try.
I initially saw Dawn and she suggested I see a Dermatologist straight away to get a proper diagnosis and continue with LED treatments to try and calm my skin. This showed results after 2-3 sessions.
I was prescribed medication by the Dermatologist and this worked hand in hand with the treatments from JV.
Honestly I have never felt better, I am confident with my skin, and continuing my treatments with JV just makes better and brighter each time. Thanks so much JV team.
