This was my first criminal change and explained to them the anxiety around it, took them months to contact me back and when I asked if we could quickly chat before the hearing they stated that u sent them everything.

My lawyer didn’t know my age when it was that day and was right in front of her, she gave no explanation to the judge as to why certain things where that way. The prosecutors completely lied in their brief and it was very different to what they’ve told us and after the court hearing I said that to the lawyer and she was like yeah yeah I know I can’t believe they did that but didn’t say a single word I didn’t get the outcome I wanted she did no talking I spoke and represent myself more than she did and her explanation was I’m sorry the church was in a bad mood and I didn’t want to push it I paid $3000 for something that gave me more anxiety when it was meant to do the opposite I was very disappointed

1 year ago I got caught up in someone else's domestic violence. Victoria Police came to my home, assaulted me and charged me with assault. James Dowsley and his team saw that truth and justice prevailed. I cannot thank them enough for correcting the wrong done against me by Victoria Police.
