Head office is a bunch of clowns, I used to go to James Ann Werribee and was in TT8. Selective just finished a few days ago and wish the office could have done better. They had material for the tests but refused to release them on the connected class browser. As lots of kids do need to know how the tests goes its crucial. As this year there was a big mix on the test papers compared to the previous years. The head office is really just a bunch of lazy employees, kind of sucks in general. If they could provide better material for the next years and not be lazy about students studies I would recommend. The teachers I have seen are pretty good at teaching. All the material was definitely outdated in all tuition centers. Not just James Ann, there was a big surprise mix in the tests and topics where not too similar. So Head office really needs to step up and give better quality material. Otherwise everything else seems fine. Sashi the Werribee Branch owner seems fine and good in all of the teaching. It's just the head office that ruins it and does not listen to branch requests. There just Buffoons in general.

This is HORRIBLE and RACISM college, unprofessional teacher and staff. I won't recommend if anyone come from Asia country as it discriminate Asian.
My son got bullying for few weeks and tried to ask for help but teacher just ignored it. My son used inappropriate words to express and defence himself which I understood he wasn't right. But the principle called me and asked me moved his classes as other parent complaint. She said to me that here is an Australia, children can't talk like my country. Dose it mean child from Asian has worse behaviour? She doesn't even investigate the problem and only blame on my son.she excludes children where have diversity cultures background.

My son has been tutored at St Albans/ Keaba branch since early 2022. He is happy and making great progess in his General Avility and Maths. However, there is a room for improvement about the time-break between each class. There is no time break with straight 2 hours work. I would suggest at least 10 minutes breaks to make class less tensed.

They are not responsive at all, they don’t care about parents who paid them their hard earned money, staff are really arrogant, they are not happy to help you at all, never show this type of bunch of D.h, most worse place I ever seen.

The Indian students here challenge the law when crossing the road.crossing the roads with lots of cars and staring the driver to challenge.

I personally dont like the place, its overpriced, bunch of people tat can barley speak English, i dont even know how they got a job at a tutoring place because they can barley speak English and hey a still tutors somehow. I really dont recommend this place because i paid to go there for 2 months but then i was sick and they didn't want to give my money back so i just left and started to go to Kumon in St Albans, they have much better facilities, more professional people when it comes to teaching and it is not as overpriced and its a pretty good price to go there for a whole term.

Overpriced, the tutors aren't anything thing special, you can get much better tutoring for the same price.

I love this place. It has rapidly helped increase my knowledge and preparation for exams. The teachers there are nice and professional. Without this place, I wouldn’t of got a good score in Naplan and other exams. Words can’t describe how much I appreciate the staffs and teachers. I strongly recommend this tutor to your kids who you want to grow to be successful and smart. I would give this place more then five stars if I could. This tutor is awesome! I am still learning here and every week I learn new things I’ve never known before! I don’t understand how this place got a one star review. It really is amazing. The online class is also really helpful and prepares me for exams! Even my parents think this tutor is really good. To be honest, it is better then Kumon. Love this tutor!

Great education, helpful staff, teachers are fully honest and talk to parents. The office staff are very cool by allowing and giving students democracy. I am very grateful to be a part of James An Coaching College.

Good focus on general skills plus exam support and scholarship preparation. Good materials that cover a lot of what's needed.
