Jaleigh Blinds & Curtains

Marie from Jaleigh helped me so much (3 separate visits) to make up my mind concerning my plantation shutters. They were installed today and they look so great. Marie is knowledgeable helpful and above all highly professional in every aspect of her work. I thoroughly recommend Jaleigh if you are thinking of getting interior window furnishings.

Jaleigh have provided curtains and blinds to a number of our houses over the years. They have always provided wonderful service and lovely staff. The blinds and curtains are great quality. Highly recommended.

Not at all happy with the blinds in the bedroom the rest of the house is fine. You would think if someone spend $10,000 on curtains and blinds for their house and the customer rings to say they were unhappy with the bedroom blinds they would send someone to come have a look. Instead they rang the installer and he seemed to think it was fine. So the feed back I got was that's the way it is.
I still hate it. It's too narrow.

Just spoke with one of the wonderful staff here who advised me how to fix a particular issue with my blinds which had been purchased elsewhere years ago. Not only did their advice work, they were so lovely to speak with and saved me the $100-$200 per blind I was quoted (for 9 blinds) with the other company. What a lovely start to 2020. I was advised that Jaleigh would be able to sort out my curtain railing problem. So I visited this shop. But, never again. This shop, in my opinion, has some of the rudest human beings to ever work behind a counter. They would not let you finish explaining your issue; jump to conclusions regarding the resolution you were seeking; and then – this is the icing on the cake – ask you to go to Spotlight to seek a remedy! I had to repeatedly ask the two staff members and the Store Manager to pipe down and let me explain the reason I was there. Through the period where they kept interrupting, they said they could not be of help. When I finally managed to get a few words in, they said they could. I would love to know whether they would have behaved similarly with Australians (like me) who are not-so-dark. As far as I am concerned, it’s curtains for them.

Staff very competent and helpful. Installation was on time and grsat job done. Would highly recommend.
