Matt was easy to deal with and explained about the different types of glass and how to have the picture displayed well in the frame with having borders and edging.

Rod and the team at Jalee Impressions have done such a fantastic job of framing my limited edition Annie Everingham prints! From the moment I stepped in the door Rod was incredibly helpful and spent a lot of time with me explaining the framing process and helping me pick the right frame and glass that would not only make my prints look amazing but also protect and preserve them. It's clear that they love and are passionate about the work that they do! Rod and the team also framed a couple of prints for my brother which also look amazing (they even brought back to life an old crinkled vintage Holden Motors poster which my brother loves!) My painting was broken so I went to Jalee and consulted with one of the staff there. The pricing is the most reasonable compared to other shops. It was restored to the original frame and they also taped down the artwork which started to curl. I then sent an A3 sized artwork for a canvas board print and it turned out to be so great quality and well scaled into a bigger A1 board. My subsequent jobs were to find matching frame for my certificates and the wooden frames are of great quality. Their staff is always helpful and very responsive to all of my requests. I highly tecommend Jalee for any custom framing and printing services. They take good care of your paintings, have high level of attention to detail, great customer service. Best value for money.
