We have had the pleasure of working with both lead conveyancers - Elvis and Lorena for years, and on all occasions their attention to detail, professionalism and truly insightful advice has meant we have made considered choices and saved much time, stress and money. Elvis and Lorena are very considerate of timelines, reasonable and transparent with quoting and extremely knowledgable - able to help any home buyer or seller with excellent, thorough and up to date advice.
Horrible People. Mentioned fee is $600 at the beginning and ended up paying $1200. Crap customer service. They charge you for sending letters and phone calls too. DO NOT USE THEM!
Unless you pay them for your time. They are unwilling to help you! After man, y years of being a customer. I have decided to go elsewhere due to being let down when I most needed them and you have to call, call, call, call and call and they still don't get back to you. If they do call back, they rush their responses and no attention to detail. Not very professional. I am referring to the conveyancing services only.
I don't think I've ever experienced such unprofessional, and rude customer service. Lack of attention to detail, work not completely done, we were left scrambling at the last minute to finalise things they were supposed to be taking care of. Overcharged at the end, compared to initial estimated costs, added on the extras that we did ourselves, and refused to itemise the costs when we asked for a breakdown. Truly horrible experience.
