I have had many great experiences with the team at Jaeger-LeCoultre Boutique in Melbourne. I would like to praise Haoge for his excellent customer service that was shown to me every single time I visited the JLC boutique. He was very knowledgeable about all various JLC watches as well as being incredibly patient and attentive. Most importantly he made the experience very comfortable when trying on watches without making us feel like he just wanted to sell a watch to us. For a prestigious brand steeped in watchmaking history, there was no pretentiousness when visiting the store, and the knowledge and genuine interest in watches possessed by the staff is evident.

Haoge Jiang was most helpful in finding me a JLC replacement watch strap and organising shipping from the JLC Melbourne Boutique. I wish everyone working in other Richemont luxury retail outlets were like him. His customer service and communication were excellent, irrespective of big or small purchase. I have been to most other major Swiss watch boutiques in Collins Street recently but the service at Jaeger-LeCoultre Melbourne boutique is at a whole new level. For Carrie who provided me with professional advice and opportunity to try various sizes on wrist, and eventually secured my new two hander classic reverso which I enjoy so much, I am very grateful. My wife and I have already decided where to buy our next timepiece, which is not a watch btw ;)

I could not be happier with my experience here! Despite not even buying a watch, the sales team (in particular Carrie) treated me so well and truly let me enjoy the JLC experience. I was fortunate to go in when the store was less busy and as a result I was able to be sat down with a glass of champagne while Carrie showed me some truly beautiful timepieces from the JLC line up (including watches that I would never have considered before). I have admired JLC watches for so long and it was so amazing to be treated by staff equally as great as their watches. I can't wait to come back here and purchase one soon!

Didn’t buy anything…YET. Being a watch enthusiast I naturally wanted to stop by the JLC boutique to try on the various reverso styles. I was immediately greeted by Carrie who was an excellent and kind salesperson. She would openly let us try on the various reverso styles for me to figure out the right size to suit my wrist. Ended up purchasing one over the phone with carrie a month later and was so happy with the smooth transaction. Carrie was very communicative throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend her to anybody!

If I could give the Jaeger-LeCoultre Boutique Melbourne 10 stars I would do it in an instant. I have had the best watch shopping experience I have ever had. It was on my recent holiday trip to Melbourne that I passed by the JLC boutique on Collins Street. I had no intention to look for a watch that day let alone purchase one - I am a watch enthusiast and watch "shopping" is always a carefully planned and researched event for me.

As my partner and I passed by the boutique the JLC Ultra-Thin Moon caught my eye in the display window. After a couple of minutes the very friendly security guard asked me if I would like to come in - I said no at first as I was not dressed for the occasion but he said come in anyway. Upon entrance I was immediately greeted by Echo and her team. The sales agents were enormously friendly - they offered us refreshments and told us all about JLC's history, calibres (they have a display cabinet with JLC calibres throughout history!) and told us that the boutique is actually operated by JLC itself. I was able to try on the Master Control Calendar - a watch that I have been eyeing for years. It was simply stunning. I ended up putting a deposit down for not only the Master Control Calendar but also the Atmos clock (another amazing piece of engineering). I cannot wait to collect the pieces on my next visit to Melbourne.

Echo provided me with the best customer service and experience I have every had. She is knowledgeable and I could tell that she is very passionate about the JLC brand and its time pieces. The boutique itself is beautifully decorated and all the displays are full of JLC watches you can actually try on and even purchase (beat that Rolex). If you are a serious watch enthusiast and just love the JLC brand - I strongly recommend that you pay a visit to the JLC Boutique Melbourne and meet Echo and the team. You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful watches complimented by beautiful people! The service at JLC Melbourne was excellent and Carrie was a gem to person to deal with. Carrie showed me the different timepieces and helped me narrow down the one most suited to my wrist. I was made aware of the history of JLC and was shown a few limited editions. Carrie was great in following up and also made herself available to any after sales questions I had with my watch. Brendan is passionate, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. From answering my first phone call, and all the way to closing the sale, everyone at the boutique was courteous, considerate and pleasant to deal with.

The overall service experience is on par / even better when compared to some other larger brand boutiques where I have purchased.
