We had such a fresh, tasty and yummy meal tonight from your restaurant. My husband came and picked it up- it was ready for him and the lady serving was very friendly and professional. It was our first time ordering from you and we will certainly be back!

Absolutely terrible food disgusting slow came out one dish at a time minus the gluey so called fried rice. Was tasteless. The chicken was in big lumps like it was frozen the put in microwave. Rice wasn't fried hardly anything on it. Garlic Prawns no taste. Fried icecream bland. Splap dash. Seems the take away came before those dining in. I got up and asked where fried rice was Oh "sorry".
Sorry doesn't cut it. Get rid of the cook. Cooking is woeful. Best shut down as very unacceptable. I told girl taking the money. Clueless. Inspectors need to come - they wouldn't eat the food.

Tried Jade Pavilion after a few years of not having purchased any take away from the restaurant, found the new owner very friendly and above all found the food to be excellent.
I would not hesitate to recommend Jade Pavilion for friendly service and really great Chinese cuisine.
Will definitely make our go to Chinese restaurant.

Best Chinese Restaurant in the area.love their fried rice the honey chicken os the best. As is the beef and black bean. The Chinese lady that runs the place with her aussie husband are the nicest people, they always make you feel welcome. I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Always good food. I always get honey chicken beef and blackbean and fried rice. Their fried rice is really nice.

Excellent Chinese restaurant even though an Aussie guy either owns it ir is the husband if the Asian lady, nut it's not just some Aussie that thinks oh I can cook fried rice
. Anyways I recommend them highly. Going to get lunch or dinner from here 2day.

Always great food but tonight it was extra delicious. The fried rice was superb. And those vegetarian spring rolls are the best I’ve ever had

Fantastic food and even better customer service. Spring rolls are freshly made. Satay sauce is light and spicy. Great noodles and fried rice with our Szechuan chicken and honey chicken. Definitely recommend and eat in)

Over all a 4.5 / 10 because they used low quality pork with a decent batter and runny avarage sause. I had asked for fried rice (egg), I had got a white rice fried with no egg and shrimp? Oh and that was $27.95 for a portion of sweet and sour pork and a small fried rice.

I bought back bean beef and something smelt off and I went back and they gave me money back after telling me I didn’t like the dish.

What a beautiful restaurant! The food was just delicious and can highly recommend it. My husband and I will certainly be back. Thank you

First time at the Jade Pavillion in Ferntree Gully for dinner.
Ordered Salt and Pepper Crispy Prawns which were lovely.
We also enjoyed the Special Fried Rice and the Deep Fried Ice Cream.

The highlight was the Seafood Birds Nest which was absolutely perfect. It met all expectations and more.

The customer service was fantastic and were very friendly.

We would highly recommend.

Staff friendly and personable, the food is great and decent potions always manage to take the leftovers home to enjoy later. Now they have introduced new to the menu dumplings which are made by the owner, I really enjoyed them and will try others next visit always a pleasure to be dining there whether it’s lunch or dinner. If you’ve never been I recommend it highly a definite thumbs up

I stumbled across this little Chinese restraurant boy am I glad I did. The food was so delicious it reminded me when I was little the old style Chinese restaurant with real Chinese food. The owners were very friendly and welcoming, if you want real Chinese food this is the place to go thankyou for bringing my childhood memories back and you will see me again.

I have driven past this restaurant for forty years and never tried it. Wow! We experienced tasty food and very friendly staff. I was also surprised with the fair prices. Well done guys. We will be back.

This place was the best but we went there tonight 21-5 and it’s changed hands and the food was not nice at all won’t be going back as we used to go there at least once a month but not again as the food is completely different and not nice at all
