Walked in to get a coat for my daughter and the staff was so rude.indirectly felt kind of booted out.never going back due to service.at 1230pm today

My wife spent over $800 on clothes before Christmas just after a long lock down. Staff were helpful and pleasant and seemed very happy having clients in there store spending money. We tried to return 1 top worth $90 to the store (never worn and still had labels on it) and was told it’s been 6 weeks and the return date had expired. We just asked for store credit to buy another item and was rudely told NO.
WILL NEVER BUY FROM THERE AGAIN!
After sales service obviously does not come with the high prices

I encountered a staff member who was friendly, professional with her advice and not pushy. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and styles of clothes on offer. They had a huge sale on which reduced the amount I spent too!

One hour to spare to get a pair of pants for a wedding. I found the pair that fitted the best, but needed the next size down. Yes, they have them, but in a box out back and the staff member is under strict instructions from the manager “do not open boxes under any circumstances”. The staff member calls the manager to tell her my predicament. Doesn’t matter. Can’t open those boxes till stocktake. I run two retail stores myself and have never refused selling something to someone, even through the middle of stocktake as I can make note of what was sold and make an adjustment at the end. Jacqui E has always been my “go to store” for business and formal wear. No more. Sorry guys, I know the staff member not at fault, but I won’t be buying here again as your regular customers do not come first. I went to Suzanne Grae an the lovely lady in there helped me out passed closing time.
