3I highly recommend Jacqui to anyone looking for a kind, caring and compassionate psychotherapist. I felt really safe in our sessions due to Jacqui’s very caring nature, and was able to share deeply personal experiences and feelings with her at ease. As soon as I had a session with Jacqui it felt like a weight off my shoulders, and the tools she provided helped me tremendously when put into practice. I’m so glad I found Jacqui and really enjoyed our sessions together - they were truly like a warm hug with the added benefits of gaining effective tools to overcome difficult feelings! Jacqui`s work has been integral across many areas of my life. Jacqui`s style is sensitive, thought provoking and the therapy is effective. Highly recommended and not just across times of crisis, the work is also preventative and it helps you to understand your own psyche insightfully and physically.
I would highly recommend Jacqui if you are looking for an empathic, genuine and skilled psychotherapist and counsellor. I found our sessions extremely helpful, and immediately felt safe and understood with Jacqui. All of our sessions were through telehealth, which I found extremely convenient and I did not feel it took away from the experience at all. Would highly recommend Jacqui!
