Mr Peter Andrew Skewes director-owner of Jacobs & Lowe Bennetts- Real Estate, at 220 Main St Mornington: denied access to garage n1.at 3 Bennetts Rd Mornington, on several occasions, on March, 16th 2022, thereafter on March 17th and again on April 5th 2022, as witnessed with a written declaration signed by Mr John Sharp, Church Minister at the Mornington Church of Christ.
Mr Peter Andrew Skewes director- owner at Jacobs & Lowe Bennetts Real Estate, 220 Main St Mornington, has declared: the following
“I do not know anything about it, these are not the orders of the Member”: we do not have anything to do with the Mornington Self Storage facilities situated at 3 Bennetts Rd Mornington”. We just manage some of these garages. The Bank has been alerted, and also monitoring, and is in support of the Applicant and others who have suffered similar issues e.g. Funds taken from credit card accounts without seeking permission, therefore as consequence the credit card was closed.several dishonest fraudulent transactions while proceeding are in place prior and after the hearing (s) made by Ms Billie Doman Account Receivable in charge.
Two intervention Orders in place against Ms Billie Doman and the Mr Matthew Hannford related to prohibited behaviours in favour of the Applicant: for the period covering 24 months.
I hope there will be consequences for these mistakes or that further action is put in place.

Definitely the worst real estate on the peninsula. From rentals to commercial definitely think twice before signing with these guys.
In 5 years I’ve had 4 different account managers that have all quit. Says it all really. From zero help and zero understanding to weird stalker like actions from the staff on there clients personal social media. They’ve got it all!
Great to work with. Friendly, quick to reply, understanding of any queries (no matter how silly), great follow up of communication between the vendor and seller, open in negotiations. Highly recommended. We will come back again for future selling and buying.

Both times Stuart has been able to complete the sale with both vendor and purchaser more than happy with the negotiations being hassle free. Stuart made the process from start to finish a smooth and uncomplicated process and has been a pleasure to work with. Wish I could give zero stars, wouldn’t waste my time with this group, looking for a cheap sale, don’t work with the seller which is what they should have been doing, I know someone who is close to me tried to sell their house after a break up and what the agent told the buyers is something along the lines of “She is going through a tough time so offer her $800,000” instead of the actual value in which she wanted $1.2 million, hoping people pay attention to this I would never contact this business that take advantage of the vulnerable

My sister and I used John Hanna to assist in the sale of land in Somers (very niche market). John was proactive in liaising with buyers and providing up to date market changes so we could make the most informed decision.
Never felt that he was pushing us toward a decision, just better informing us.
Also out of the 4 agents I interviewed John had the lowest fee, so bonus!

Our property was managed previously by another agent. We had issues when the tenant fell behind in the rent and we were not notified unti they vacated, leaving us thousands of dollars out of pocket. We decided to change to Jacobs and Lowe and have not looked back. Phillip Omann arranged the clean up after the tenant left and chased the outstanding money. A new tenant was found and the rent has been paid on time. If your looking for an agent we highly recommended him.
