Jacobs Early Learning Centre Rowville - Child Care Centre, Long Day Care Service, Family Day Care

We discussed with the manager about dropping hours to attend another center. Then the manager told us there is a ‘one childcare policy’ which is not in the contract. She told us our kid can not attend childcare from the same day. As parents, we were told to give childcare certain time of notice for dropping or withdrawing. However we don’t have the same right. Very disappointing experience

When I had to start going back to office for work, I was on a hunt for a daycare for my then 16mo son. After numerous visits to several daycare centres around the area and individual family daycare, we decided on Jacob's Early Learning Centre.

Jacob's is just the right size. The rooms are clean and there is a variety in the food offered to the children.

The owners, Esther and Rathi have a heart for the centre and the children and you will see them there weekly. The educators (Alicia, Emily, Tracy and Jenny, to name a few) have been great caring for my son and coming up with activities for the children.

We are happy with Jacob that we have recommended to our friends. One of them started sending her then 2yo son to Jacob's and is satisfied with her decision. He is now 3yo turning 4yo.

Come June 2020, I will be sending my 1yo daughter, too.

My two daughters attend day care here. I am beyond happy with the care and attention given to my girls. All the staff are patient and kind with my children and I feel confident when I leave they are well cared for. The staff are consistent which is important for building relationships with the children. I love that this is not a huge centre so all the staff have strong relationships with the children. My daughter asks me to call some of the staff on the weekend- pretty sure that means she is happy! Highly recommend!
