Sales Consultant Jed and Finance Manager Nicole took us on an extremely well coordinated and superbly hosted journey into our next car. Jed guided us through a number of options, helping us to see the best type of vehicle for our needs. Once we had picked out the car we liked Jed was extremely honest in reviewing the cars history and small details we may like adjusted or fixed up. While Nicole walked us through all the finance and insurance options Jed busied himself in preparing the car to the point of best presentation possible. Communicating with us all the way on the cars progress and if we are happy. In a very short time Nicole and Jed stepped us into what felt like a brand new car. We were particularly impressed in their flexibility, having time often spent after hours accommodating our schedule. On the way from Melbourne to Canberra, our Prius showed an error code. We went to Jacob Toyota to get a proper diagnosis of the issue which had been recurring despite having it fixed from another mechanic earlier. The staff was very kind and helpful. Although they were booked out, they acknowledged we were stranded far away from home as well as our destination so they shuffled some bookings to have a look at our car and ended up fixing the issue within a couple of hours. They talked us through the problem patiently. Everyone was great and we’re grateful! Highly recommend this place for their excellent customer service.

I dealt with Matthew Finlayson recently regarding the purchase of a Hilux for my sister. I had unrivalled service from this fine young man. I bought the same model from Bathurst Toyota earlier this year. Those mugs could learn a lot in honesty and integrity from Matt.

Daniel is the best Sales Person, made things so easy even I was from Melbourne and never needed to come to inspect the vehicle because of his words. He also offered me delivery of the vehicle and I received my car at my door step and found it exactly what it was described.
Definitely, will ask Daniel in future if any Toyota vehicle is purchasing.

We have had our cars serviced here for a few years now (not Toyota's BTW) and have had very good service. Best place for car service or repairs, even non Toyota's.

I purchased a Holden Ute off these guys which ended up with issues in the first few thousand Kay of driving which no one could of spotted, they completely honoured the warranty with no hesitation and purchased what was needed. Just your tipical used car salesman grub, tryed to increase the advertised drive away price over the phone claiming the vehicle is clean and tidy with only 1 stone chip, after refusing to pay more than advertised and paying a holding deposit i then drove 5 hours the following day to find the vehicle hasnt even been cleaned and is coverd in stone chips including a chip in the windshield! After explaining my disapointment and negotiating a price, Chance then failed to honor the agreed price once i returned with cash claiming he wasnt including my deposit in the price!

Service department appointments are always handled efficiently. The operators are meticulous and identify looming problems, so they can rectify them on next service if appropriate. Pricing is reasonable for any parts required. I'm a happy client.

Yes got some things fixed and improved at Jacob Toyota. Had an Issue but this got fixed up and have done reasonably well since. Pricing okay as well.

I started off my day with the worst experience down at oz car which then made me a weary when going to this dealership. I told both Daniel and Peter of my experience at oz car and they were disgusted, they made the whole a buying a car from a dealership experience so much more enjoyable. Very genuine and happy to help kind of people. I am so glad that I found Jacob Toyota and fingers crossed my new dream car!

Possibly the best customer service I have had, we broke down on the Hume Hwy and the team came out to us withing 30 mins of chatting to them. RACV or any other roadside assistance provider wasn't interested as we had a caravan behind us. Got us back to the dealership in one piece as we were stranded in a very dodgy spot on Hwy.
