Great service. I have always taken my 25 year old mower for a service every few years. Great service last week performance like when it was new.

This guy is extremely helpful for me as I am not mechanical minded. He helps with my chainsaw & does an excellent job In sharpening up my chains.

Serviced my poor running Shindaiwa hedge trimmer. Runs great again. All that for under $100. Happy customer.

Absolutely terrible experince,
they didn't change the oil or replace the spark plug. Nothing was done, yet, they still charged us full price?

Insanity, do not go here.

Friendly and helpful. Gave good advice and handy tips. Also cheaper for chain sharpening that other Stihl Dealers - i'll definitely be back. 5 stars from me.

Charged more for chainsaw service when I picked it up then what I was quoted originally, then went to use it a week or two later and it was locked up and unable to turn the blade, took it back to find out the top cover wasn't installed correctly. Charge more then they say and waste your time with mistakes for me 4+ hours of driving to come twice, avoid if you value your time and money.

If you support suburban businesses, this shop is for you. Great range and even better follow up service

Taken that I'm self employed with trade services and had an equipment concern for repair suddenly and over past two years have used Jackson Court Mowers for repairs, but this day I experienced problems with my pressure cleaner on a job. Hoping for some sort of advice or help to sort problem quickly, they failed me with no concern for my equipment or my business, he just could not help what so ever at the service desk.
Failing any assistance to help, I went to a regular trade equipment hire business I hire alot from called Vermont Hire on Canterbury Road and within 5 minutes they attended to my equipment problem and solved it with a new spark plug.next day I'm back in business and kept my valued customer pleased.

Dishonest and down right disgusting customer service.

Was told $44-55 for the part to be fitted onto my lawnmower with a 3 day turn around and a notification to pick up.
Received no notification and want to charge me $78 with a service fee which was not indicated to me upon agreement.
I was told that my custom was not welcome and that I should have gotten the price written down on a quote to prove that I was right.

Very unhappy customer and will not be coming back

Friendly staff, seemed knowledgeable and helpful.

Stock of chainsaws and Mowers is adequate.
Main focus seems to be STIHL.shop is pretty small, so bigger equipment is not in stock. Staff seems to be willing to order in whatever you want.

I enjoyed it.
And after doing some research I'll probably have them order me the equipment I want

Great service but would have appreciated a call prior to the two items being repaired and told a price!
