I had a session on Job Search, Resumes, and Interviews. The communication lines between Jackie and I throughout the process of booking a session, preparation for the session, and support after the session was completed. Jackie prepared a thorough session for me based on my needs and every area was covered within the session. A couple of exercises and role-plays were conducted within the session itself for me to familiarise myself with situations, and hone some of my skills. I found myself to be more confident and aware of areas for development after the session was over because of Jackie's support, guidance, and constructive feedback. I have been called for more interviews than before and have just landed an internship after the session.

My Career Consultation session with Jackie was very helpful and enjoyable. The atmosphere was friendly and I felt that there was a real sense of effort to give me advice that is tailored to my specific situation and needs rather than being given a generic one-fits-all approach.
