James is an amazing plumber and fantastic person. He has helped me twice. The first time, there was a mouldy smell in the bathroom of our near new house. Another plumber couldn’t work out what the problem was but he did. It ended up just being build up in the shower drain which James cleaned and the smell went away. This second time, the toilet was blocked. I called him in the afternoon and he offered to attend that evening. I wasn’t available so he was going to come 0730 the next morning. Meanwhile though, free of charge, he taught me how to try to unblock it myself and spent time on the phone with me as well as offer help via text late into the evening. I unblocked my first toilet and learnt a vital life skill with his help. I will not hesitate to recommend him.

Hans did the job in a very short time frame. Excellent job. He helped us within a very tight time frame and we are very grateful for his work. Friendly, efficient and skilled. We have recommended him to a few of our friends and we have no hesitation in recommending Hans to anyone. His price is very reasonable and very easy to work with.

James spoke to my husband for over 20 minutes on the phone after we had another plumbing service provide a high quote. James helped us problem solve the issue via the phone without charging or pushing for an on-site visit. Whilst we have yet to use his plumbing services, his communication & willingness to assist us without charge speaks highly of him. We will definitely be using James for future plumbing work.

Shortly after a burst pipe at my house James was quick to arrive and fix the problem.
He was very happy to explain what had caused the issues and also the solution.
After a few hours he was gone and the place was left spotless!
