This is the place to go if you’re looking to buy authentic Pakistani clothing. The store is very well decorated and offers true Eastern vibe.
Quality of their dresses is great.
Usually parking is available on Sydney road unless you’re visiting on a busy hour.
Highly recommended.

I recently had a disappointing experience at this store. I purchased a dress in Sydney and confirmed with the manager that I would be able to exchange it in Melbourne. However, when I went to the Melbourne store, they didn't have a smaller size available, so I asked for store credit, which they denied and said I could only exchange it.
I found a few other dresses to exchange it for, but I noticed that the sizing was inconsistent between dresses from the same brand. The original dress was labeled as a small, but fit more like an extra-large, while another dress I found that was labeled as a large fit more like a small. To make matters worse, there was no reception in the store, which made it difficult for me to call or message anyone for assistance. When I asked the staff for a Wi-Fi password so that I could make a phone call or send a message, they denied my request and asked me to go out of the store on the street instead.
This was a frustrating and inconvenient experience, especially since I needed to communicate with someone about the process. As a customer, I would expect a store to provide basic amenities such as Wi-Fi, especially if the store's reception is poor.
What made the experience worse was the staff's unhelpful attitude. I requested to receive store credit for the difference in price between the original dress ($306) and the new dress ($260) I selected, but they refused and asked me to find something else instead. When I asked for their assistance in finding something in that price range, they were unhelpful and not at all apologetic. In fact, they were rude and seemed impatient with me.
To make matters worse, I witnessed another customer having a similar experience before me. I had high expectations for this store as a recognized brand, but I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. Even though I was in the store two hours before closing time, the sales staff still pressured me to make a quick decision.
Overall, I would not recommend this store to anyone if they don't improve their customer service. It's important for a business to treat their customers with respect and care, especially when they are making a significant investment in a product. Unfortunately, this was not my experience, and I will not be shopping at this store again.

I received an order as a gift from this store and unfortunately the size was way too big for me I went into the store to get an exchange and they straight up denied and horrible service.
Very disappointed that during these times they are refusing to provide exchanges even on sale items it makes it difficult to shop. I'd rather purchase from stores that are more flexible.
Not going to recommend to shop from this store as they are not very customer oriented and do not provide proper services that are necessary for a clothing shop to have.
Very dissatisfied and disappointed. I hope this review helps in in improving their return policy better which i highly doubt will happen. Hence will not recommend to shop from here at all

The only Pakistani brand of clothes and fragrances in Melbourne. They have a decent collection of clothing available in casuals, semi formals and formals. Your go-to place to buy your Eid dress. For men, kids and women, all!

We had the worst day at J. Judaism. I am not going to recommend it to anyone. The customer service was the worst and the staff was extremely rude.

The timings show 11 am - 7 pm but they lock the store doors well 15-20 mins before the time and tell every arriving customer they are closed. Ridiculous.

I walked into the shop. Three ladies were on job. Two of them were busy with their cell phone. 3rd one was busy on Laptop. No welcome greetings neither hello/hi. I went to mens section and start looking at the dresses. After wondering around for 5 minutes I went to counter and asked a them for a specific colour kurta. She straight way replied, We don’t have this but you can get this type from shop next on the same road. Than I showed her same dress that I asked for from their website. After that she brought out the dress.

Worst possible customer service, lazy team member don't even have the courtesy of how to talk to customers. Hope their head office will take some notice and put some trained staft to run the site.

Not recommend this place. I have been a regular customer of J. J from last 4 years and they don't care about their customer no discount. Such a shame every store in AU provides customer royalty but here whi cares.

They are cheater booked 3 order with express service but did not got it more then a week they told me to check Australian post but they did not got it yet and they are not reply my email and telephone does not work and mobile customer service they do not know how to deal with customer rather then checking in there shop they ask to check with austpost and austpost said they did not got it yet from shop they are cheaters

Purchased a kurta first time and the experience was worst kind of rude customer service. They even don’t realise that they are serving customers in Australia where customer service is key element of your service.
