Unbelievable service. Rang Izzy’s because we had another supplier cancel on us.
They were here at the venue in 20mins with a jumping castle for the kids at our Christmas party!

Dealing with Izzy's castles was really easy, all via email, lovely staff who set it up, and packed it up. Was pegged down securely. All the kids had an incredible time, would highly recommend hiring the double slide castle. And all for a very reasonable price. Thanks again

I have used 3 different jumping castle companies over the years in Geelong and Izzys was by far the best. From the professional conduct, punctual drop off and pick up, quality clean jumping castle and lovely customer service, i could not fault them. Fair priced for an adult jumping castle, didn’t require a deposit, had more than one option for payment on the day and a quick set up. The bouncing castle provided a lot of fun and entertainment.

Hired Jumping castle from them for my son's birthday and found them very professional and friendly.

Friendly and easy to deal with. They setup and packed away the slushie machine for us, and organised the flavours we wanted. It was a big hit with our family and friends! Would definitely go with Izzys castles ‘N’ more for future parties!

Would leave a minus rating if I could! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they did not show up or answer our numerous phone messages.

AVOID. Just didn't turn up! Absolute no show. Booked it Wednesday for Saturday, spoke to lady on the phone and all seemed set. Called Friday to confirm but no answer. Called all Saturday morning- no answer! Just didn't show up. Luckily, the guys at TKs hire stepped right in-and delivered within 40 minutes. Absolute legends. Go with them for sure.

Great service. Highly recommend. My son absolutely loved his lion king jumping castle. Thank you for making his day so much fun. He is already looking forward to his birthday next year.
