Best Japanese food in the western suburbs of Melbourne! Food is always fresh and served super quickly. Staff are always lovely as well. A go-to.

Can’t follow simple request to separate soup from udon. And the response was “no one else has ever complained about it”. Sorry if I don’t like my udon soup soggy and cold. Also way Overpriced.

I love eating here. The food is always on point. I have never had a bad dish from this place and I've been here so many times they know me.

The salmon sashimi quality was amazing. Chashu ramen isn't the fatty pork broth you'd be used to. The Chashu is definitely charred. This piece was a bit too tough and hard for me. I definitely prefered it softer.
The steak is on the rawer side, so make sure you let them know if you don't want that.
Overall it was great, pricier than other places. But it has a style going. Definitely worth a try.

First time at Izumi Caroline Springs and absolutely loved it. Great food, great service and staff and a great little local place to go with the family.

Love it we are traveling to Japan in the future best place to try food and ask questions. Have been back many times but recently noticed staff has changed also customer service has declined now have to order on your phone and not a waitress. Disappointed that this has happened does not speed up anything just lowering customer service

Our go-to Japanese local! Great sushi, tempura & bento boxes. Little pricey so we don’t have as often as we’d like, but definitely worth the price!

Food were ok, not really authentic Japanese cuisine, especially the ramen and katsu. Not that affordable either.
