Sahan came to clean my property for an end of lease clean. He did an amazing job, the property was sparkling when he finished, I could not fault anything. Hiring a cleaner took away one of the more stressful elements of moving house, Ivory were great to deal with.

Vidura and his team are great! They are meticulous in their cleaning, always on time and very flexible. We use their services at our office and they have assisted me with a vacate clean which was fantastic. Couldn't recommend them enough.

We hired Ivory Cleaning for a thorough house clean and they did a fantastic job, cleaned the windows, dusty surfaces, made the bathrooms spotless and floors. The house was so clean when I got home. Really happy with the service, would highly recommend.

Could not get the full bond back due to the poor cleaning in details. Agency pointed so many things that were not clean and deducted $500 from the bond. Just not good enough service unfortunately. I think they did their best they could but not met the quality. I'm surprised to see there are so many good reviews for their service.

Very disappointed when came back to the house to see the job they did. Kitchen floor did not clean properly, there was mark that obviously seen
Dust on the Filter on window was not clean at all (at first they said mainly they cleaning the dust and yes they did only on 2 blinders and a bit on exhaust fan)
They said balcony would be wash or clean or stuff but it seemed the floor was only got vacuum
We had to clean again after pay them $350 ($330 + $30 extra to remove mould at the corner of the room) wasting money and have no idea why and how the company got 5 star review which was the reason we contacted them for the End of lease cleaning.

Very professional, comes on time and does everything require. My agent requested cleaning done by specific cleaners, I chose Ivory cleaners as they just took half the amount and done great job. Agent requested to fix some issues and Ivory cleaners done it with out any fuss.great service.

I hired Ivory Cleaning Services to provide an end-of-lease clean for my previous rental property. Following the final inspection, the agent identified a number of issues with the clean and asked Ivory to return and fix the issues. Ivory Cleaning Services went back to the property to try and correct the issues. The agent also asked Ivory to return and steam clean the carpets again. To its credit, Ivory agreed to do this. Unfortunately, after the property was cleaned a second time, a number of items were still not cleaned to the agent's standard. The agent insisted I hire a different cleaner to complete the outstanding items, for which I paid an additional fee.

Punctual, easy to communicate, hard working and priced reasonable. We got our entire bond money back. Highly recommend.
