Im new to the area and try to research where is the best for my puppy Paris.surprised since first call to book. Staff were very helpful and even give a abit of advice information. After Paris got back I found Profile that full of information inside. Some Free stuff.small things of these stuff and Paris‘s profile that means lot of. To show how The clinic was caring.

I visited the clinic for the first time with my new cat, having been recommended to this practice by my son, whose cat has been registered there for over 10yrs. They fitted me in, at very short notice. The vet I saw was friendly, efficient, very competent, happy to spend time giving advice and overall I could not have wanted better.

The staff are always been fantastic, from reception to treatment room it’s a five star service. The vets are very knowledgeable and kind we had a very sick cat two years ago and they did everything to help her really going above and beyond what was expected. My cat has been looked after well in this clinic ever since I got she was a kitten. The staff are very caring and their fee is reasonable.

Just moved back from Sydney. My two years old Toy Cavoodle’s yearly vaccination was due. I contacted the Ivanhoe Vet Clinic and made his appointment there. All his records were transferred from his Sydney clinic to Ivanhoe by the receptionist, which was great.

The staff were super friendly and professional. Theo was given many treats to calm his nerves, being a new vet clinic for him. The veterinarian was very friendly and gentle checking him, and his injection was done so quickly that he didn’t even know it happened. That gave me peace of mind.

Overall a good experience for me and highly recommend this vet to others.

Just had my dog attended to for the first time (for me). The staff were excellent, I saw Dr Victoria who gave Billy a very thorough and caring examination, giving me great advice re Billy's care. Vaccinations, worming, treatment for a chewed foot and not a single whimper. Thank you all

The vet was thorough and gave several options and good advice. A very pleasant experience. The Consultation and procedure pricing was also surprisingly fair. A nice atmosphere with caring vets and nurses. Highly recommended.

Dear Dr Victoria and staff, thanking you ever so kindly for the care you gave our darling Sabu this past Thursday! Sabu was admitted to CareVet in Collingwood (a five-star veterinary hospital) where the staff have their all in trying to give Sabu a few more weeks with us, unfortunately, Sabu lost his fighting spirit on Saturday evening as his big heart, finally gave-in! He passed over the rainbow with much dignity tx to all the Staff at CareVet and to you Victoria and yr amazing staffSabu was a patient of the Ivanhoe Vet Clinic and enjoyed coming to see you all and loved to bark the place down! I have had Eva for 4 years, and no one identified her unique eye condition and advised us of this! Which is really critical seeing she has 1 eye due to a very critical illness of cat flu.

Dr Samantha Crane was very helpful, kind and thorough.

Only issue I had was, she conducted an eye test, which I thought was standard, as I got her pre-covid and had to always wait outside for her, and then got a shock of additional $70+ in fees, which was not communicated to me prior or during the consult. HOWEVER it has given me peace of mind for her clean bill of health!

Super happy with the support and care our pet receives at ivanhoe vet. No matter which vet we get the care is fantastic and we feel as though they really do care. We recently visited for a potential grass seed in our pooch, they tried everything they could rather than just resorting to the most expensive options immediately

I highly recommend Ivanhoe Vet Clinic. I needed an urgent appointment, which was how I found this place but then kept coming back. Dr Victoria took care of my dog with and my interactions with every vet nurse and reception staff over multiple visits have been positive. Dr Victoria offered both my sweet pup and myself such care and respect in what were stressful and emotional times.
Every consult was thorough, considered, my dog was at ease (as much as possible), and the consults very reasonably priced. It is easy to trust this team.

The staff at the clinic are all so lovely! My lil 12wk old mini schnauzer is a little socially shy at the moment and they made her feel so comfortable and more relaxed for her 2nd vaccination. I've only had her for 5 days so she will hopefully grow out of it, but having such a warm and friendly interaction with her healthcare team really makes all the difference. Thank you so much Dr Samantha and the lovely nurses for making her first vet visit with me, a pleasant and welcoming experience for both Frieda and myself. A safe environment and amazing staff is what you'll find at Ivanhoe Veterinary Clinic:)

My partner and I brought our new kitten here and the staff were absolutely amazing! Our vet was so kind and understanding of our many questions, and she was so gentle with our son.
The vet can be a difficult visit for animals and people alike, but the Ivanhoe Vet made it so easy and smooth.
If you have a new pet or are looking for someone to treat your friend right, this is definitely the place to go. 10/10

We have recently moved so I had to find a new vet for my dog. I found the staff very friendly and the vet very knowledgeable. Because my dog is 13 years old the vet took her time with watching my dog move and getting to know him. There was nothing stressful done to my dog and he seemed very relaxed. Highly recommend this clinic for your pets.
