My customer service today was outstanding
Called up to make sure the store had what I was looking for in which they did
Did a great job with my order
Great selection
I believe I dealt with Frances and she was amazing
She even helped take my balloons to the car as I had a baby in a capsule.
If that’s not customer service I’m not sure what it.
Def will come back

If I could do 10/10 stars I would! All the staff there go out of they’re way to help me the girls behind the counter are very creative and helped me bring my vision to life!

Well stocked, you can find everything you can possibly want for the party. Frendly staff. A bit cluttered in the area near register

Rude customer service, the mature lady and man i assume husband and wife, not welcoming at all! Do not bother shopping here, better prices elsewhere

This is about One of the team members with black hair. I was asking for adding an additional ballon on the balloon set, she started pulling her face and eye rolling complaining about she needs to calculate all over again then made an excuse which doesn’t make any sense and didn’t do it for me after all, the worst part is she looked at another team member laughed like she was so proud of her decision, definitely made me feel like why I was there. I am not coming back again surely, don’t understand why u guys hire this person as a stuff member, especially for customer service. I heard that this store customer service is bad, but I didn’t expect that it was this bad.

The team here are absolutely wonderful! My family and friends were all so happy and proud of the balloon display created for our celebrations last evening!

Josie was hilariously rude over the phone. Asked if they had a certain item in stock and she said she couldn’t check because they had lots of customers at the counter. She then began ranting aimlessly about how busy they were and that she can’t go and check on stock for people when they call. Paying customers deserve better. Shop elsewhere.

Poor customer service, way they speak to the customers is very bad and had no respect. Not going there again.

Friendly staff and very helpful. Got balloons for my daughter's 21st birthday and everyone loved them. Very good prices compared to others.

Don't used hygiene and covid as reason for berating my daughter. Your product has no barcode and you don't need to touch the product for you to process the payment. We paid the item. That's how we took responsibility for it as parents. It is unacceptable that you embarrassed us in front of everyone.

My husband and I were busy looking at ballon design and Carmel shouted and berated my two year old daughter because a packet of balloon is in her mouth. She embarrassed us in front of all the customers. She could have nicely ask us to pay for the product but instead she told us several times that my daughter is disgusting in front of everyone. We do not deserve to be spoken like that. Carmel should go on training on how to provide customer service. If Carmel is the owner, shame on you for being so rude. Your customer service is appalling. Get out of the business that cater to children if you hated children so much. We paid for the product and no apology was given to us. Disgusting. If I could give zero star, I would.

The owner George and staff bent over backwards to help me out, with great Xmas hampers and a custom job hamper for my mum. Very helpful and great service, even got a staff member to help me load my purchases to my car. 5 star rating

Put my items into a bag that I was charged $1 for. The problem is I wasn't even asked if I wanted to purchase the bag.

The store has great variety of party supplies however the staff are lack in customer service. I took my child there to get some party supplies and when I was about to get in line to pay while my child was holding on to a balloon. I was going to pay for the balloon along with party stuff however a staff member came and rudely took the balloon off my child without saying anything. That staff made me feel embarrassed and looked down upon. So I quickly paid for the party stuff and left. The store has great stuff but I don't think I will be back as we were treated poorly.
