I have just completed a kitchen renovation with ITSA.consisting of a new kitchen/three bathroom/en-suite/laundry and numerous other minor structural and cosmetic improvements including completely new flooring and wall/ceiling painting throughout. Every room and every square inch of flooring/walls and ceiling was renovated and upgraded.
They are excellent in providing professional business practices and customer service focus. From measurements, demolition of old kitchen and throughout all aspects of the installation of new one, they have been wonderful and in control of every part of the process. ITSA Homes did extensive works to two bedrooms, a laundry and a bathroom in my Edwardian house. I appreciated the flexibility and speed with which Tony and his team did the work in the midst of lockdown, without compromising quality. I had to make a few variations to my original design along the way, which Tony and Irene gave sensible and professional advice about, and which were done in a cost effective way that greatly enhanced the end result. And afterwards, everything was thoroughly cleaned, leaving me to simply move back in and enjoy the transformation of my home. Highly recommended.

We recently renovated a kitchen and bathroom in our much loved family home.
Irene turned our vision for our kitchen into reality. She is a very talented designer whose gift is the ability to listen to and hear what we wanted and merge the dream into a real plan.
Tony and his team rebuilt both rooms perfectly.
We couldn't be happier with the finish, and the process that made it all happen.
Building during a Covid-19 lockdown has its challenges, Tony's attention to detail and OH&S policies and practices were exemplary. We moved out of our house during the lockdown so that work could proceed. This meant that Tony was able to complete the job in a shorter time frame.
Any additional work we requested, that varied from the contract was done and all variation costs were invoiced separately. The invoicing system is clear and transparent. We felt that the cost of our renovation was a good price. Tony doesn't cut corners and both he and Irene take an active interest in the progress and completion of the job.
All rubbish was removed and the site was kept as clean as possible at all times.

I had Tony completely renovated my mother's bathroom. I am interstate and I wanted someone that could look after the complete job without causing my elderly mother too much stress. Tony was fantastic from meeting with my mother several times and taking her sample tiles and keeping me informed the whole time. Tony managed the renovation on our home in Oakleigh South. From before the job started till after the work was completed he worked with utmost professionalism, precision and speed. He helped us keep costs down, got the work done to schedule and had an incredible eye for detail. When we ran into problems (the legacy of some dodgy DIY work by a previous owner) Tony found ways to remedy the situation and restore our house’s structural integrity without fuss. I have just had the pleasure of having Tony and Irene from ITSA HOMES to design and renovate our home.
They designed and installed wall units, wardrobes, updated our kitchen including our kitchen bench and turned all our lower pantry shelves into more usable drawers.
We were so impressed with their professionalism and quality of work that we ended up getting our bathroom, toilet and laundry totally redesigned and outfitted, then set them to work on our outside, and had them construct decking around our newly installed swim spa and put a patio roof over it.
I pinch myself and cant believe I was so lucky to get such caring and diligent workers. Nothing was too much trouble and believe me, I did make several alterations to the original plans while the work was being completed.
No matter which trade people came to our house, they treated it with total respect, made sure everything was securely covered so nothing would get damaged, and made sure that everything was perfectly clean when they finished. Even moving furniture was no issue. Being 65+ things seem to weigh more than when we were younger but this wasn't an issue for ITSA HOMES. They were only too happy to assist us with relocating our furniture which was a great help. These days there are very few tradesmen who will move your furniture, they want it done before you arrive.
I cannot recommend them highly enough. My home was as clean if not cleaner when they left than when they arrived, they removed all rubbish and nothing was too much trouble.

ITSA Homes completely rebuilt an old extension at the rear of our home. The quality of the build is excellent and the final finish cannot be faulted. Costs were slightly higher than expected. However we would highly recommend ITSA Homes as they know their stuff.

We made the right decision collaborating with ITSA Homes. Tony is professional, reliable, experience, helpful and honest. He took great care of the property during the renovation; laid floor coverings over our new timber floor and kitchen island stone bench whilst the remainder renovation is in progress. Tony explained issues and provided solutions/options. Keeps us updated with real time renovation photo via sms; ie after the installation of a new skylight. We had ITSAHOME Builder do quite an extensive renovation project. Tony manage al aspects of it. Restumping, Pulled the old kitchen floor and set a new one, matching the rest of the house. Buildt a new guest bathroom, Pantry, Laundry room and Sun sail in the garden. Tony and his crew where courteous, punctual and best of all did the project at a reasonable price and stayed on budget. Will hire soon again for another project.
