Itinerant Spirits reviews
8Great variety of whiskeys and cocktails on offer. Service, staff and atmosphere were phenomenal.
Excellent service. A great range of Australian, Scotish and Japanese Whiskies, sprirts and cocktails. The staff were friendly and very knowledgable. We visited NYE. The staff guided me thru several excellent suggestions. Meals were equally excellent.
What a brilliant experience. Will be organising family & friends to pay a most rewarding and excellent business in its infancy. Ballarat is fortunate to have such a beautiful restoration of the building and amazing work done to develop this new business, a must do & see
The distillery venue is a great place to enjoy cocktails with a stunning backdrop of the still. Service staff are very friendly and even gave us a tour of the distillery behind the doors. Definitely coming back again!
A beautiful repurposing of the lovely bluestone Goods shed. Very tasteful choice of decor. Gin and vodka are produced on site in some extraordinarily intricate brew vessels and stills. Both spirits have an impressive character and are worth savouring. Local ingredients and volcanic aquifer waters contribute nicely. Staff are enthusiastic and very charming. Delicious cocktails. Another jewel in Ballaarat's hospitality crown.
Ballarat's most terrific hidden gem, opened Sept '23. Fantastic fit out and ambience, great cocktails and spirits. Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, happy to have a chat about their distillery process
Step into Intinerant and test yr senses. SEE the amazing stills behind Glass, SMELL the leather, HEAR the buzz from patrons, TASTE the divine Gin and Vodka cocktails and TOUCH the marble tables. You simply must check all this yourself!
I went there with my partner for Sunday drinks and tried out their selection of cured meats with some sourdough. They gave us some complimentary dessert which was delicious
Most importantly, the gin and vodka are superb if you like your drinks packed with flavour.
