I cannot thank all the staff at ITHEA enough. I am almost done with my Certificate III in Individual Support and ever since we stepped in ITHEA, everyone has been very very kind, helpful and welcoming. Very helpful in a way that they organized a special employer sessions for the students at ITHEA and introducing us to those potential employers and just checking up on the students and our wellbeing is really above and beyond. Special shoutout to our instructor Dee. She has been strict like a parent but always got our backs and we learned a lot from her experiences. I immediately felt comfortable around Keely because of her personable and friendly personality. Her extensive expertise and commitment to provide me advice and assistance as I worked through my assignments have been crucial in helping me finish my Diploma in Mental Health.

Her dedication to delivering a thorough educational experience is demonstrated by her willingness to go above and above to make sure that each subject is adequately discussed and referenced throughout discussions. I appreciate how ITHEA welcomes there students. They patiently helped there students settle in well as a foreign student here in Australia. From orientation, assisting the online access of the curriculum and even finding a part-time job. The receptionist, registrar, director and the other faculty are warm, positive and helpful. Hello there, I'm studying Certificate III in Individual Support, and I was just so amazed at how they treat their students as if we were one of their family members. They provided us the support that we seek, from mental, emotional, and even financial perspectives (in a way that they will give plenty of employers that I myself can't accommodate anymore). The staff are very warm and friendly, and the professors are kind and compassionate. I've never been to a comparable school, institute, or university, but having this as my first experience is well worth it.

Currently studying a Diploma of Mental Health. I love that I can work ahead and there’s no classes to commit to but the support is still there. I would definitely recommend ITHEA and if they offer courses for my further study interest I would definitely use them again.
