John was very professional and easy to deal with. He fixed our company ipads perfectly. Prices were very competitive compared to some other stores we went to. Overall top bloke and would highly recommend!

I got my phone’s LCD repaired by John but was not happy with the quality. I told him I wasn’t satisfied and I wanna get the OLED one instead. I didn’t know at first that they were different from each other. He explained to me the difference and he put on an original replacement. I just added the price difference between the LCD and the original one. Was so happy with the result! It looks new again! John is so responsive and also he’s got lifetime warranty with all his repairs. His price is also the cheapest amongst other mobile repairs I’ve enquired with. Would definitely recommend him!

DO NOT go to these bananas. They didn’t fix the problem and still charged me. Big mistake giving them money. Don’t make the same mistake I did, stick with professionals.

10/10 DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! I went down the road and got a quote of $600 to repair my water damaged iPhone 11 Pro Max so thought I would do shopping around. So glad i found iTech Repairs, he got my water damaged phone back up and running for $150. Lifesaver!

I rang them regarding my iPhone screen glass replacement and was told it a good quality screen but its not.promised to be a quick fix but ended up staying for an hour.

The colour contrast of the screen was off.blues are now purple and pinks are red.its awful, feels like a knock off iPhone now. Maybe due to True Tone settings gone (which was not disclosed to me at the beginning).
If I only knew, I would have not get it fixed. The original screen was not given back to me but was not also disclosed as it its a "glass replacement" which was entirely as new set of screen. (for sure they will salvage my old screen for parts)

also, there is not physical shop and the location is in a house.better just go to the mall.

Purchased secondhand iphone from him through facebook for $450. He described it as "like new", I noticed instantly that the mic wasnt working and i had to come back for him to fix it as I couldnt make any calls. A few days later I noticed the screen was slightly raised but didnt think anything of it. Last night while I was using it the screen completely came off and it was only being held together by the internal wiring.the screen was still working but it was hanging off. I messaged him and told him i wanted a refund as this is the second issue to come up but he told me that its my fault as the only way the screen would come off is if I had dropped it. My dad drove me to his so that i could try and get a refund but he refused to give my money back saying "he didnt give me the phone in that condition" and that the most he would do is glue the screen back on. He got very aggressive with my dad and kept saying "what are you going to do" and told us to call the police when we argued for a refund.we gave up on trying to return the phone and he glued the screen. Once he was finished with that he came out with another phone screen attempting to prove that I was lying about not dropping my phone and it is not his fault that he gave my a faulty broken phone.

I’ve used iTech many, many times since discovering them on GumTree, and they’ve never let me down. My iPhone XR has had its screen replaced 3 times - all 3 times phone was ready in well under an hour, all 3 times the workmanship was impeccable and all 3 times I paid well under the next nearest competitor.

John is a legend! Definitely the best place to get your mobile phone repaired. He replaced my iPhone XS Max screen 6 months ago, took it into Apple today for a trade in with no issues!

His prices were also the cheapest around after calling around a lot of other repair shops.

Would give 10 stars if i could. John was extremely professional and accomodating about my iPhone XS. I live 20 km away and for only $30 he organised to pick up and delivery to and from me the screen is really really good the face ID is still working and it maybe only took two hours from the time I first called John to and I had my phone back into my head John is amazing and I highly recommend everyone to give him some business

Outstanding service. Very quick to respond. Came to my house to fix my iphone, with no outlandish fee for that service. Accidentally told him it was an 8 instead of a 7 so he more than happy to take my phone and send it back in an Uber. That took less than an hour. Great rates and recommended, this is who i will use in the future!

Amazing service! I had my two company phones repaired from John, he is extremely friendly and efficient. He completed both phones in under 30 minutes. The quality is great, and now better than new. I am amazed!

Went in to fix camera on my phone. Got back a phone which no longer charged and couldn't adjust volume. Looked like screen was warped as well. Apple said poor workmanship and gave me a very large quote to repair.

Came back and was told "too bad". Stated I would take it further and he said he isn't liable for any damages and that I'm at fault for trusting him with my phone without proof of it working prior.

Excellent, prompt, polite and friendly service. 30 mins for new screen and battery replacement iPhone 7:)

Could not recommend John enough, called up other places and was quoted ridiculous prices. John definitely has the cheapest prices around and his work is great! He repaired my iPhone X with a genuine Apple screen and it is working perfectly.
