I got fried rice and teriyaki chicken three days ago, both tasted foul and I threw it all out. I have STILL got the runs. Staff were a bit weird, made me feel unwanted there.

Absolutely disgusting. Would never suggest, the staff was just horrible, when I asked how long chicken was sitting there, she said since morning! I had the Teriyaki chicken, tasted just like soy sauce. I would recommend going to big bowl just a few shops up. I have no idea how these guys are still in business. Absolutely appalled. Gordon Ramsey himself would vomit at this vile level of food.

Ordered Bento Box. Received half of what was advertised. When I mentioned they just apologised, no recompense or alternative. Terrible business acumen, this place makes more sense two decades prior, not up to snuff for nowadays.

Service is just so bad. And teriyaki beef is terrible. Noodle also terrible. I lost my taste.

I don’t know why this place has so many 1 stars.i got a ramen and pork dish and it was one of the most amazing meals i’ve ever had.freshly made, served a big portion.very filling and it tasted amazing.i will be eating here every time now.thank you!

Practically inedible stir fry. Not Japanese and not Chinese. Cost cutting in warm stir fries by putting in mostly onion and undercooked carrots and drenching food in tasteless black sauce over cheap cuts of meat. Only give one small napkin and one fork. Do not waste your money.

Ordered a Bento Box. In the picture it include sushi and sashimi but I ended up having salad leaves only. They should let me know when I ordered it instead of me finding it when I ate halfway because I have another toddler to look after.

I ordered the Sweet & Sour Pork and Honey Chicken, and it seems they forgot to put the sauce on them both. They had absolutely zero flavour.

I won't be back.

Service was great, food was amazing!
Had the Beef Curry Don, made fresh.
Absolutely delicious!
Will be back to try other menu items.
Highly recommended!

I’m sure the staff were Chinese. I can say the pancakes were fresh n tasty, the dim sims were dry, the sushi was ok.not memorable
Staff were quick but rushed us a bit.

Wouldn't recommend this at all. What I received was absolutely terrible, the rice is glugy and overcooked. Meat was so gross we had one bite and spat it back out. The whole dish was extremely salty and greasy. Spend your money at a different place, you'll probably end up throwing this away anyway.

Might as well burn your money than eat from this place. Nothing much in the way of variety. Got the rice plate for $8.80. Food was way too salty. I asked for some sauce and the chillie sauce tasted acidic, and disgusting. Never eating from here again

10/10 love this place would go here every day if I could. The Japanese pancakes here are the best thing on earth and they are so cheap they are only $4.50 live the kind staff and don’t mind the public seating. Every time I go to the food court I go here. 5/5 stars!

No food safety and handling whatsoever. Overpriced trash food. Food is sickening. Never going there again.

I ordered ramen and what I got was sickening. 1 the restaurant was dirty and staff weren't wearing gloves while handling food. 2 I had to wait 15 mins for my food and note I was the only one there. 3 when I was served my food the person serving was eating food. 4 the food was horrible noodles were worst than 1 min noodles. The Vegetables were rubbery the soup was disgusting and the chicken was burnt and microwaved. And 5 worst of all the tray was nasty with food Mark's and was unwashed. If there was a 0 star I would put it. If you dont want to have food poisoning dont eat just eat maccas. Not to mention I got plastic bowl, spoon and fork.

I bought a plate. Calamari had no calamari in it (excuse my spelling), Dumpling was dry and potato pie tasted like nothing. Horrible place. Not worth you time coming here.

Good hot Japanese food with reasonable price.
They have a large options of ready to consume hot food which will not take much time to serve unlike others. Also there are other Asian food also served.
