They were not interested in helping me. I was a walk in, no appointment. They have missed out on my business.
The service we received from Alan Valpied was exemplary. He was not only courteous, pleasant and empathic, he was extremely flexible and generous. We had a difficult itinerary and he navigated the layers of our requirements with dexterity, giving us options we hadn't considered. He spent a long time with us, much longer than his remuneration from the airline merited. His communication and style made us feel at all times like valued customers. In short, Alan is a person who has an obvious love of people, problem solving and elegantly serving his customers with the perfect blend of courtesy, interest, connection and efficiency. He is by far the best travel agent I have encountered and I have travelled a great deal. Highly recommended!

Wouldnt go anywhere else. Staff friendly and experienced in travel. Used them for multiple trips through USA, Canada, Europe and the United Kingdom. If any problems arise they go out of their to fix. Fully recommend for value and knowledge.
