There was a hiccup when i walked up for taking the test but Azmeena was great to book one right away with Pearson VUE and I sat for the VCP exam straight away, the service was good, the center is quiet and clean will definitely be back to take up another one.

There are 2 sides to IT Futures. As a testing facility, it is quite satisfactory. The rooms are small, limited number of PCs etc. I took a couple of exams here, and I noticed right off the bat that the internet speed was pretty slow and erratic. It took a while to load each page and I was worried about not completing my exams on time.

Second, as a "school" it is terrible. There are 1 or 2 good instructors, but the rest are really bad and lazy teachers. I learned more from a couple of hours worth of Youtube tutorials than weeks of whole day classes. They sell their curriculum with a "Job Placement Guarantee" promise, but this is far from the truth. You'd be lucky to even land a decent internship. My advice to all is to self-study. Research or ask around for recommendations on good free content on youtube or Udemy, then take the exams at home with a webcam.

If you want the best instructors with a great content, join this amazing online school. I've seen and tried tons of exam prep courses and this is by far the best around. Very useful with tons of relevant courses and material.

I have joined IT futures in May 2018. I provided feedback about a tutor that he was sitting 8hrs on the chair and playing 100s of presentation slides all the day and its very hard for none of us to learn it. Since I gave that feedback, they started to treat me badly. They stopped responding. They stopped enrolling me.
Curently I am at loss of money and 8 months time. This not only happened to me, I followed up son many students and I had contacts of 3 other people who paid lots of money under job gaurantee programs and courses, and were cheated by not showing any path/work to them.

I paid 3700$ for learning some courses like CCNA, ITIL etc, which included the examination fees and we can re-sit for the courses untill we are certified. I successfully got certified in one course, and started attending the second course, CCNA (1900$), in July. Before joining they said some tutor name and they are best in it, even I asked previous students about the tutor, and they said yes they're very good. That's the main reason I chose that course. But in July when i went to attend CCNA, in which there are some students who are siting the course for 2nd time. I was totally disappointed and shocked for two weeks as there's another person teaching it. I waited for 2-3 weeks (whole course is 6 weeks) hoping that we could understand atleast 10% of what they're teaching. After a long wait, and discussions in the class with feloow students, we decided to send feedback to Soledad (Manager) and we explained her everything. They denied to change the tutor but offered me to get enrolled in the upcoming batch. SO i stepped out and was waiting since August for some change.
In November she said they are relocating, no phone number to contact untill Jan 2nd week, and they stopped responding to emails. I used to contact them regularly and very few times I got reply that I have been put into waiting list for the courses. In March, I was seriously distressed by these people, and have emailed them continuously that I'd sit the course whoever the tutor may be so that I could atleast do my labs in the class room. Now, a few days ago, they started changing their words that they will not enroll me to the course, but they can allow me to learn through online material, and If i dont want I can leave the agency. I asked for refund, which they denied. They are dircetly saying that they will not allow to re-sit the course. Ealier as i said, they promised anyone could re-take the course untill they learn it.
I have attached many conversations from the beginning. I still had so many emails showing how they cheated and responded. Please read all these before joining. They talk very friendly and encourage us to pay all the money at a time, showing 10% 20% discount offeres and they will make us join, later on if we don't like it/complain they start doing like this.

People with enough qualification, tired of searching jobs, trying to be independent and achieve some work related to our studies, and girls especially like me fall into their trap very easily, becuase we all came to a different country to live and due to certain circumstances we fail to achieve a good job immediately after studies and when we go to agencies like this, they catch our weakness like tired of searching and not getting a suitable job, without any due courtesy they make us sad and cry.

I pray to God, through this post I could stop atleast one innocent student going to this agency and get trapped.

IT futures is the best place, equally for freshers and experienced professionals to enhance their IT knowledge and skills.
They have great trainers who are masters in their field.
Along with providing the training and infrastructure to prepare and pass my exams like CCNA, ITIL and A+, they also guided me to get my dream job.

Our PRINCE2 trainer made the course interesting and engaging. He used examples that enabled us to put context around the framework and his passion was infectious. He was patient and extremely helpful with tools and tips on how best to revise and retain the material. I couldn’t have wished for a better experience

The ITIL class under Ashok was one of the best IT classes that I have ever attended. His understanding of the subject and passion is clearly evident in his training process. Loved it and definitely am ITIL converted now.

It certainly is a good test center.
It has a good atmosphere with quiet surrounding and amiable staff.
I took a GRE test here and the computers worked properly.
The monitors were big and just like all other test centers all applicants have to be in the same room. It means if another test taker coughs or sneezes then your focus and concentration is shattered into pieces. However, this is the case with all test centers, it’s not like there’s anything wrong with this one.
Also they have lockers that let you put your stuff there during the exam.

I really enjoyed my experence here last time. Location is great, parking is easy to find and they operate on a weekend, which is perfect for the working class IT person.

Finished my 2 Days ITIL Foundation training, teacher has superb knowledge of the ITIL course, price was very reasonable and staff was very friendly.

The classroom training was fantastic and the trainer (Ashok) was very knowledgeable. The content is well directed and was made relatable by referring to real life examples.

Firstly I would like to thank Soledad and Team for their immense support in helping me make a career in IT. Dante who has always supported his students, Moayad for his cloud essentials knowledge, Ashok for his SLA'S:) and our CCNA professor Surrendra. IT Futures has helped me get a Job in IT. Something that I have always wanted and been passionate about. I now have a very good IT job and I love my work. I would highly recommend this place to someone who wants to get into the IT Field. Worst test centre ever.

I did my ITIL Foundation and my trainer was Ashok Kanna. The group could not have got a better trainer. Ashok was very effective in the way he transferred knowledge across to the students and did not bore the class.
Thanks Ashok for the 2 awesome days of training which will help us in the many paths we may take in future.

I sat in the ITIL FOUNDATIONS course with Ashok at IT Futures and I found the experience to be fantastic. The instructor was very knowledgeable and passionate about the subject and was able to convey the knowledge we needed to understand well. The staff at IT Futures is very friendly.
