I bought waygu steak last week.normally they have great waygu but this time it was off.i spoke to the manager who refused to accept that there could be anything wrong with their meat and was very aggressive on the phone. Do not shop there. I've placed a call to health department and awaiting a call back for next step.it could have been easily fixed had it not been for the attitude of the manager.you wanna play hard ball, you have not seen hard ball brother.

Its use to be a great place. I always use to come here and recommend this place to everyone. But now they cheat you always. There weight machines has a problem when ever I buy 1kg meat or mince or chicken once I came home and check the weight its was 820gram and hard the same complain from my friends as well. I spoke to the owner and his reply was for machine are expensive than yours and its shows correct: (. Silly reply 0% respect to others

Ask for quality halal butcher in Melbourne you will be directed to Istanbul butcher. Tried a few butchers on Sydney rd but their meat is top of the range, expensive though but there is no price for quality. U walk in there it never smells like butcher very clean meat and very helpful staff specially that Indian guy he's wonderful always people waiting to be served by him. I would definitely recommend Istanbul butcher as was when I first came to Melbourne. Very happy.

Can't fault their meat. They are also very friendly and language is never a barrier. I like going here a lot. I am about to go now actually. I recommend this place.
