We saw the shop while driving around Sydney rd. The shop looked really nice so we stopped to go check some suits. On our entry to store, we found the owner very helpful and friendly. He assisted us with our requirements and provided us suggestions. I will certainly be going back to the store in future. Quality products at best price.

I highly recommend this shop. Excellent customer service. Riza was very helpful in choosing the best suit for my wedding.

I left an honest review stating what happened with us in this store, and in response the owner threatened to sue me. In their opinion, refusing to assist customers if they are not sure whether they are willing to buy something without trying out the options is the correct thing to do. Well if it is something you support for your customers to go through, then you should not have any issue if people reading the reviews become aware of what will happen after they step into your store. As you said, you have proof of what had happened, so in that case, you know I am not saying anything false. Rather, you are implying what we have stated is the truth, it's just that you support the actions of your salesman, hence this is not defamation at all.

Horrible customer service! The salesman was good until we said we were not sure whether we will buy today or not and wanted to try out a few pieces before we decide. He literally refused to show us a suit because he said that he can't show us more since we are just looking. The shop was empty, God knows what he wants to do in a retail store if he can't let customers try out clothes. The owner needs to teach or rather hire people who know how to sell things instead of infuriating their customers.
