We had dinner at there on Friday. It was very busy. Better make a booking before go there. The taste of foods were good. Good customer service specially the tall young guy.

Simply put, crappiest all you can eat experience ever. The food was less ideal, the menu lacking variety and basically tasteless. Atmosphere was okay, however pulled down by other things. Service was slow, and there was a woman who thought she ran the fricking business. We were charged for 100g of wasted food, in which we ate most of in the end. The woman pretended we didn’t eat it and forced other employees to charge us anyways. The employees looked like they were having a bad time. They kicked us out before closing time. Overall, the service was trash, the food was less than ideal and the atmosphere was brought down by unhappy waiters. I could anticipate that the restaurant would shut down very soon at this rate.

Edit: The food was obviously re-heated and there were multiple reports of diarrhoea linked to this restaurant, so I would not recommend a visit for even just food hygiene concerns. I have a stomachache myself now, just 20 minutes after I left.

Although the food was very nice, our table service was terrible. Had to repeatedly ask for your 2 order to be bought out, nearly 1 hour wait between dishes while other table just kept getting plate after plate.

Came here for father's day and unfortunately we waited 40min without any food and none of our mains arrived in 2 hours. Extremely bad organising of tables. Everyone around us ate mains and left but we only got 5 entrees in the 2 hour time. The food is the only thing that saved it from being 1 star. They didn't clean our tables & it took a very long time to bring our drinks. I felt like they where taking orders but not putting them through to the kitchen as we never got them.

Averaged buffet. Kara age chicken was terrible. You could easily to find better chicken in any Japanese restaurant（even fastfood. The waiting time was too long, and no tea serviced in one Japanese restaurant? Overall the experience in one restaurant with 4 stars in the map was terrible but acceptable（they have so limited servants, they all very exhausted).

The customer service is bad. The sashimi is thin cut with large portion of rice sushi. And the tempura wrap with full of flour. That is trying to make you as full as soon as possible and cost extra 10 dollar. The dish is salty and lead you to buy drink there.

The food was nice but my mum is a coeliac and the menu didn't advise what was gluten free. Only what was vegetarian. And when asked we were told certain things were gf and then they changed there minds later after my mum had already eaten it. Was a very poor experience and would not recommend any coeliacs coming here until they update their menu and advise the staff about dietary requirements so as not to poison people.

Great price for a delicious all you can eat. Friendly and attentive staff. Highly recommend and will be back.

By far one of the best order at the table buffets I've ever been to. Food was fresh and absolutely delicious. Personal favourites were the dory fish, the teriyaki steak and the scallops. The prawn spring rolls and tempura were also fantastic! Top it off with the black sesame ice cream for an amazing visit.

I went for the all you can eat buffet.the foods took so long to come out and the taste was average, but $45 per person is cheap.

What a great spot! Kid friendly, delicious food, friendly staff, reasonable pricing… did I say delicious food? We will be back for sure!

Good customer service, tall male server was very nice, the food quality was great and the parking was easy.

Took them 30 minutes for the first proper dish to arrive after we ordered. This is not acceptable for a buffet restaurant. Many items were missing and didn’t show up. Bad experience.

Absolutely love taking the family to Isshin. It's moderately priced but well worth the cost, especially for all you can eat. Food is always good and they get it out to tables so quickly.

Went for buffet AYCE dinner on Christmas Eve. Service and food were relatively fast, food was nice considering the price. The black sesame ice cream is nice!

We have been there on Saturday dinner 2nd session and many ppl waiting.but not waiting too long time then have the seat.
Reasonable price $49 per person So the although there is not many choices on menu, it is totally understood in terms of the price. They have been served very quickly and very good service.
I recommend for family reunion and many friends catch up party.
