I attend the MCG every week either as a footy fan or working in the corporate suites there. I have been impressed by the standard of cleaning in all areas and can attest to the ISS staff being efficient friendly and well presented. Keep up the good work!

Don’t ever work for ISS

management is poor very unorganised

Yashwanth Reddy and Manpreet Groover are the worst supervisors they are very rude and arrogant and always constantly get on your back and every employee I spoke to hated them

Yashwanth would sit in his car for 1 or 2 hours and constantly watch you for no reason

And he would literally follow you around and never give you space

I let him know that I had to take a covid test and he cracked the $hits at me saying you shouldn’t be doing that

I can’t predict when I can get sick

Nicola Cheesley the person In charge of rosters she did a terrible job one time she sent me a text at 5: 50pm can you work at 6pm when I had no chance to get to work on time

ISS supervisors say they would come and fix things and they never did it once

I sent Manpreet some photos this needs to fixed he said to me I will fix it next week

One week later nothing happened

Absolutely disgraceful work company don’t ever work for these C#nts

And throughout all the time I have been with ISS those idiots deserve to be named and shamed for being jerks to the employees.

Doesn’t pay employees properly. Need to check pay slips every time after pay run. A big head ache to work in here. Please consider other options if possible. They say that they paid for the work you done but you don’t get the pay.

ISS Australia is a scammers, Fair work Australia should step in.

Their Melbourne metro contract already finished 17th October, still there is no pay for leave entitlement, long service leave.they stopped picking up their employees phone asking for payment.

This company is the worst company to work for! Poor management. This Indian manager is very rude! And never listen to you nor let you explain yourself! Always keep saying this has never happened before and doesn’t want to take action! The place is full of Indians and they very racist and wants only Indians in the workplace. I don’t recommend this place at all action need to be taken seriously!

Management is worst. I have done all my recruitment process for Metro and paid $129.00 before 10 month. But still I haven’t got any shift. And they continuously posted job advertisement in seek. It’s worst management.

Saw them "cleaning" the train- was just a bloke walking with a wet wipe wiping the occasional handle or button, merely doing it for formality

Couldn't talk to anyone, the number just ran out. After sending another email l did get a reply, at the moment I am waiting in anticipation for an end to a issue.

Well I studied hardore for 2 years I aviation screening and I was never shortlisted after 100 attempts.maybe they prefer the Indians.

Their truck drivers are appalling, street sweeper deliberately turned on water and brushes at tram stop covering pedestrians at the stop in dust and water.

Company doesn't bother to answer phones when you want to lodge a complaint.
Truck Rego is YGN 770 driver should be sacked for his poor attitude to public safety.

Sloppy workmanship. Don't hire these people. They are responsible for Metro toilets. Dandenong is always filthy so their care factor is non existent.

Promises a safe workplace but does not deliver. Aviation Management fail to adhere to company policies & code of conduct.
Supervisors/Management using strong arm tactics. There is a toxic culture of bullying, intimidation and throwing worker's under the bus.

Disgraceful company!

Very good working environment that actively promotes team culture and supportive working arrangements.
