My credit card provider has credited back the money today which was appreciated.
This company is obviously not a business you want to send your money too

Awesome range of all kinds of clothing, furniture, jewellery outdoor ornaments, lighting etc well worth a look and they have 50% off 90% of their stock at the moment, just understaffed better to shop in store than online I feel as I believe he has only a few hands to assist in running the business, one on one customer service was 8/10
I bought a cushion cover in July. It is now October and I am still waiting. I have called and emailed numerous times with no response. I contacted the ombudsman and they suggested writing a formal letter of complaint.
I ordered cushion covers 16/7. I have not received them. Not able to contact anyone via phone, email or Instagram messaging. I have been a loyal Ishka customer over the years. It saddens me that the company have taken my money and to date have not supplied the 7 cushions I have ordered. Very disappointing.
Purchased online over six weeks ago. Have not received my order. Have contacted numerous times via email with no response and tried calling the customer service number. No one answers! Beware!
Went to the Clayton store and purchased a orange dress, essential oil and a pink heart pendant.
When I got home the sales female sales assistant had left the anti theft tag on my dress.
Also, they said that they will email my receipt and its been 1 hour and still no receipt.
So, I will have to go back and explain why I have this device on my dress with no receipt.
If only I could do zero stars instead of 1!
DO NOT purchase from Ishka. I ordered a dress for my hens party back in January (Hens was in March). I contacted them 2 weeks before my special day and they assured me it would be here in time. Another month later I received an email stating they are unable to supply the item and they will give me a store credit. At this point I do not want a store credit and I request for a refund instead. It is now August! I am still waiting for my refund. I have contacted them HEAPS via email AND online chat. Sometimes no reply and other times I get “oh our refunds team is very busy at the moment. ” Are you kidding me! 6 months to put money back into someone’s account! I think not! And you can’t call them either. No one will answer. Ever. I’ve even threatened to take it further and still zero cares given. DO NOT waste your hard earned money that you will never see again
The worst of this company is they do not try to correct their mistake. They take money and send only half of the item, which is not right and even they aware about it no action take timely manner.
Happend twice, always give you difrent price at counter. Be carefull before you pay make sure you counting first.
I ordered numerous products now 7 MONTHS AGO and have received NO REFUNDS despite constantly emailing and being promised that they would refund my hundreds of dollars. Absolutely disgraceful and so upsetting after a company I loved. Do not buy. I would rate negative stars if I could.
Every time I buy online I get ripped they say good karma the orders never comes or items are missing I’m am so over this company it’s a disgrace and over priced
Didn't buy anything. It's really too expensive considering who makes it and where it comes from but I still like to look and if I spot a bargain I might buy it.
Shocking service ordered items in feb have not received items received an email sating some items were out of stock they gave me instore credit which i do not want have emailed them 4 times asking for a full refund no reply do not buy from ishka online.
Zero customer service. Still no item delivered. A month later and still no updates. Highly recommend you do not buy from this store.
Worst online shopping experience EVER - if I could have left zero stars I would have. Customer service non existent! My recommendation: AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!
If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered 2 orders back in early December and I have received 1 item out of at least 10. I kept emailing where my order was and they wouldn’t respond but would keep sending me marketing emails and texts. I then finally got ahold of someone and they told me my order was cancelled (what for? I have no idea) I wouldn’t have even found that out if I didn’t keep emailing. They then continue to replace my money with a gift card after being told I wanted a refund and I haven’t heard back since. I should’ve read the reviews but I used to have such a positive experience in store I didn’t think this was going to be a problem. I will not be returning and I won’t be backing down to get every cent I paid back.
To make matters worse I’m a young new mother that doesn’t even work so 1. The money wasn’t even mine
2. I never spoil or do anything for myself so when I finally got the chance you ruined it for me
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! Half the items on the site they don't have in store. They don't do refunds, and you have to fight to get store credit. When you get your credit (if you do), you'll use it, and then everything won't be in stock again. This business is horrible. I will not be shopping from here again once I get my money back.
Very poor. Be warned, do not order off them as they have closed down. Hundreds of people have been ripped off and still waiting for what they paid for. No way of contacting them. Head office goes to voicemail. Suggest everyone goes to the ombufsman as they have stolen your hard earned money through online orders that dont exist.
I ordered a bracelet in early December and still haven’t received it. Sent numerous emails and no reply. When I check where it is, it comes up with no order. Will never order again!
